“I come here often – they always have the medication I need to be stocked. They also always answer the phone and I never wait at all, or long, either in person or through the drive-through. Staff is kind and patient. I came here the other day sobbing and they were so great with what they could help with and directing me to what I needed to do.” – Helen

“I would give 0 stars if I could to this horrid excuse of a pharmacy. Rx was called in around lunchtime, we tried to pick it up and we’re told it would be $185 for a common medication. Come to find out that was the price for brand name and not the generic – simple mistake. We told the pharmacist that we would like the generic version because it is literally $7. They come back to say they cannot substitute for generic because of a Dr’s note on the Rx which was a lie. We had our Dr call in the Rx again via voicemail for the generic and when we got there about 8 pm in the evening, they claim to not have received any revised Rx. The next day we had our Dr call it in AGAIN! We showed up to pick up the Rx and were told that this location does not carry it and they would have to order it. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out the game they are playing at the time and expense of a customer. The drive-thru speaker does not work, and the pharmacists make that your problem, not their’s.” – Jon Ferguson

“Solomon in the pharmacy had excellent customer service and kept a smile on his face even when the pharmacy got very busy, as I was waiting on my turn to be helped. ” – M P

“I never have any issues at this store. I get what I need and get out quickly, usually. My main beef is the business hours. I wish this was a 24-hour location. I hate getting there only to find out the pharmacy is closed! Arggghhh!!! Otherwise, no issues.” – Tracy Tobias

“Customer service is absolutely horrible. Rude and poor English” – DewYote

“Hands down the best ER clinic in west Houston. The facility is extremely clean and the staff was impeccable. Never been to an ER and got in/out in less than an hour.” – Christopher Comeaux

“Although an older store, it is, in fact, a 24 hr 365 days a year store. Got prescription on New Year’s Day in 20 mins (that includes a visit with the pharmacist). Great people taking good care of patients.” – Carlos Alberto Dominguez

“The only thing convenient is the location if you’re staying at a hotel nearby. The selection is small and kind of on the expensive side. The staff is cordial if a line doesn’t form, because if it does they will be a little less than friendly. Don’t ask too many questions, they just want you to go. My advice: Go to the Walgreens on Montrose!” – Lashelle Million

“Bottom Line: Pharmacy did not ask for insurance; Pharmacy did not ask appropriate questions RE the customer’s insurance coverage; Pharmacy did not inform the customer of options RE prescription need OR insurance coverage.
First time @ Pharmacy: “We won’t give you this vaccine without a prescription. The fax number is …” Called to check & the staff member said: “Oh no we don’t show anything in your account” – they’d given me the phone number, not the fax. Okay, basic human error. They fix it and receive the prescription. Second time @ Pharmacy: 30 minutes waiting for the woman to find my profile, get an unpackaged prescription, then be told I need to fill out paperwork, she comes back with a packaged box, and then asks me for full price. I ask “Is that with my insurance?” She replies “let me check”. Staff should know whether or not they’ve run the insurance. She comes back with another Staff member who says “Sorry we won’t cover insurance here but if you go over to the clinic they will run it there, and you won’t need a prescription.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I reply “That should have been told to me from the beginning.” The first time I came in, I could have been informed of my options and handled it that same day: without a prescription and with my insurance. Very lacking in consistency RE customer service.” – Nina L. Garcia

“I’m going to give 5 stars just for the lady at the beauty check out, she is lovely a person, the people that work at the drop-off and picks up area I wish I could give 0 stars.” – c h

“Do not EVER drop a FedEx package here. Despite providing my own label, they managed to change my delivery to pick up at their location, which makes a lot of sense, not! Why would I drop it there to have someone else pick it up there? I dropped it Wednesday for Thursday priority delivery in Georgia. They managed to give it to FedEx at 630pm on Friday and had it set up to be dropped back there on Monday. Meanwhile, my client was leaving town without her critical package. When I called them, they were absolutely clueless.” – Linda de Sosa
