“Not reliable for time management. I was told to wait 30 min for my Rx cream and came back and was told to wait for another 30min. Not hard to pull a box of cream and put in a bag. But guess they think everyone is unemployed and have all day to pick up meds” – Brian England

“Customer service has really gone down in the past year. Staff is consistently rude and aggressive. Staff prefers to socialize instead of filling prescriptions. It is not uncommon to hear pharmacy staff talking about specific patients is a derogatory manner.” – Amy Stortz

“horrible customer service just now, tech/pharmacist (female) just sounded annoyed and hung up abruptly. the 2/6/19 evening staff (approx. @ 8 pm), you know who you are, find a career that you actually enjoy… your negativity is toxic.” – Christine M

“This is a terrible pharmacy. They lost or trashed my prescription. When I called and asked the male employee about it he said they didn’t have it. I told him I brought it in and he said “no you didnt” making me into a liar. I’ll never shop this Kroger again or use their pharmacy.” – Christian Hamill

“the people there were very rude and inpatient, while i was pulling out the prescription from my bag, the guy that was over in the pharmacy counter just started rushing me for no reason, there wasn’t even someone behind me” – MACH69 69

“Started off doing good but last 2 months they have made things difficult. First, they didn’t have enough medicine to fill my script so I had to wait 4 days without meds bc they wouldn’t give me a partial even though I was going to pay for the whole script. Now bc they messed up last month I’m supposed to wait 30 days from when they filled it but I am only given a 28 day supply. Better not count on them bc they are going to let you down at worst possible times. I believe if I had a different appearance I wouldn’t be having these problems” – paul rounds

“Came to fill my prescription from my doctor. Pharmacists on duty decided that the doctor’s prescription was not to her standards so she called the doctor and he completely changed it and removed one of the 3. I don’t have insurance so I have a budget. The new prescription cost triple the original price. So after waiting over 24 hours for medication. I had to contact the doctor again and go somewhere else. Going on 48 hours.” – Hector Reyes

“I usually go to the Kroger pharmacy in Mesquite but I recently moved so I transferred but I think I’m going to transfer back to the one in Mesquite because of the pharmacy tech Jennifer C Ph. T is RUDE. I am a young black woman and have never been inside this Kroger before. I was patiently standing in line and was greeted by Jennifer by her saying “COME UP” and her motioning her hand at me as if I were an animal or some sort. No hello no how are you. She then proceeded to say nothing so I said I needed to pick up a script for myself and she said “we need a birthday” so I provided it she didn’t say anything else just got the meds and told me the price. I was very disappointed and found her to be a bit racist because the lovely older white couple before me got all the laughs and giggle from her and she was so friendly to them. She even told them to have a great day and thanked them. She never thanked me or told me to have a good day. Then she proceeded to shoo me off AND greeted the next white woman with a lovely hello how can I help you. How funny and rude but thanks Jennifer I will NEVER be coming back to this Kroger pharmacy again” – Caellyn Barree

“Contacted the head pharmacy tech Jennifer Delavire at 8:00 am to try and get my prescription switched to their pharmacy to be filled. I followed back up with the pharmacy at 1:16 pm to see has if it has been done. Oh, guess what now she states that no it has not been done and that my transfer will be next, contacted her again to only find out that it still has not been transferred and it’s now 5:00 pm. HOOOOOOOrrrrible customer service how funny when I contacted the other pharmacy they answered no problem but to say she was left on hold.” – christal brown

“Received 5 text messages saying my prescription is filled got to Kroger they didn’t fill the prescriptions waited an hour and was informed they are out of stock for one of them. I’m panicking doctors shut and I’m calling other pharmacies to see if they have available medication.” – Shyam Siyani
