“Every experience recently has been horrible, which I can see is the same sentiment as others have below. The interactions I’ve had with the people behind the counter have been frustrating, to say the least esp. when trying to pick up meds. Used this pharmacy for the convenience, but not worth it. They also have very little discretion when discussing your medication. I feel embarrassed how loudly the broadcasted the medicine I was picking up.” – Emily Bell

“All the pharmacists & technicians are knowledgeable & caring at this location. Mary, in particular, is patient & so kind. I started a new antibiotic & she helped me worked through some issues, offering great advice. So much better than the doctor that prescribed the medication. Mary is a great asset to the HEB pharmacy team!! Many thanks, Mary!!!” – Stacee Mero

“Every time I go to pick up medication, there is some excuse as to why it’s not ready. The text never comes through anymore. We were overcharged by $200 each time on 6 accounts. I guess apparently the pharmacist is now my primary health care provider? I work out of town, being checked out by my doctor (or at least who I thought was my doctor) multiple times a year. Since I have to travel far, including to Mississippi and New Mexico my Dr. approves to send my prescription in if my days heading out are within a 72 hour period before my refill date…He understands the uncomfortable, & dangerous symptoms that occur if I suddenly stop my medication. He also understands I drive over 10 hours sometimes to my work location. However, it seems to me that HEB’s pharmacist or pharmacy techs have now become my health care provider???… Telling me when they can fill my script, even when paying out of pocket, & with a script sent in only two days early due to me working out of town for two weeks in the middle of nowhere…I do not know if it’s lazy employees, corrupt pharmacists, or what the issue is but this H-E-B can’t get it together. They most definitely have something suspicious going on, & try to make their customers feel guilty for trying to fill their regular medication. I guess they will be responsible in the event something occurs due to dangerous side effects that can happen without my medication my Dr. sent in to fill. Since they treat their customers like they are the ones prescribing & regulating their medication, they might as well now be my primary care…Not to mention the several times they have tried to tell me my script was picked up, to turn out to be a misunderstanding once I assure them it hasn’t…We will no longer be using them, they’re a mess!” – Malakai Lucky

“Awesome staff!! There is sometimes a wait but great service!” – Craig Ricks

“The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, constantly late providing prescriptions; and the technician at the window thought it was funny that I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. I’m am sick of excuses every time I go there, and I will not go there anymore; they have no idea what customer service is. ” – Cosby Estell

“I would rate no stars. I waited 30mins for them to tell me they are working on it, and I asked if they lost it, they said “yes” under there breathe, and I said ok I have to pick up my kids, they said ok. Then after an hour, they told me they could not read the instructions… I could read the instructions…. Just a horrible visit. Not the first time either. Was just hoping they got it all together. But still a horrible pharmacy. Drove all the way to my Dr’s office and they had to tell them everything over the phone. The one in BOERNE TX IS WAY BETTER” – BT C

“Worst pharmacy ever. Doesn’t answer phones. Tells you your rx will be filled and when you get there they say it’ll be there tomorrow. I had to stop by 3 days in a row to get eye drops for an eye infection (pretty sure I need my eyes to see!!!) because they couldn’t figure out how to fill an RX correctly. Customer service is poor and unfriendly. Definitely not sending anything there anymore. Seriously awful. Also, the lines are incredulously long.” – Sadye Steele

“Prescriptions placed online @ H.E.B store # 21 NEVER FILLED !!! My doctor’s office sent prescription requests for 3 items 4/14/16 and the pharmacy website shows them all expired! This is the third time this has happened and I complained to pharmacy manager in person but to no avail, she said to call them in, so what’s the use of ordering online ?” – Richard Galindo

“I have been going there for a very long time they are very friendly wouldnt go any where else.” – Sandra Rodriguez
