“I can’t believe that this CVS has such a low rating! It’s always so nice and clean and the people are always so helpful and nice! They always welcome me when I walk inside, and even being the pain in the tush like I am at the register, they never mind ringing out the way I need to! I normally do multiple transactions at the register because of the extra care bucks! They never seem to mind at all and they always ring me out perfectly! They have items for clearance all the time here too! I got the makeup I always buy for 75% off! Needless to say, I got 3… Lol! They take great care of their store and are far too wonderful and accommodating to have such a low score! I hate it when people have one minor inconvenience at a place and they go and leave a one-star review! How would you like for someone to do that to you on a day that might not be your best? Anyways, I recommend this CVS because they are awesome! Oh ya! And they have an ATM in the front of the store too! Makes it super nice to pull out cash while I’m out running errands!” – Better Late Than Never

“I’ve never spoken to a pharmacist that seemed so reluctant to answer questions about my medication. He sounded unsure and spoke to me as if he thought it was a joke to ask if I had allergies to the meds by asking about the ingredients. Not only have I had serious side effects and broke out in hives due to a doctor’s mistake, but I also want someone knowledgable and respectful o answer all my questions. It’s your job!” – Rosie

“CVS pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I will never go back even though it is close by & so convenient for me to use. I waited 2 1/2 days to obtain my antibiotic & went today 3 weeks later to get another antibiotic for the same cough/pneumonia & is still wall to wall busy with people waiting. Spoke with a supervisor who stated she herself had to change d/t have to wait a super long time for her medications to be filled. I am a senior citizen that have used several pharmacies in my lifetime but never left a pharmacy because of its lack of promptness in obtaining my medications.” –

“The pharmacy was packed, but the staffed handled it. They deserve credit for getting everybody in and out with only a few people working. I hope they do get some more staff so they don’t wear out the ones they already have.” – ashley lock

“I walked in and tried to return something I got my dad for fathers and this young chick at the front counter straight up lied to my face and said that id is required to return the item that I had a receipt for. I have never been told that until has the policy changed and I didn’t get the memo? Or is she a liar?” – Brandon g

“Absolutely horrendous pharmacy. The staff is completely incompetent and can’t seem to keep records straight. I’ve received the completely WRONG MEDICATION TWICE. And when confronted about this potentially life-threatening mistake I got a shrug of the shoulders from the staff. There have also been several instances where I’ve had prescriptions sent into this pharmacy and they say they have no records of the doctor sending it in. So I call my doctor and confirm that it was sent to the correct pharmacy, then have to call this horrible place back to be told that I already picked up my prescriptions when I absolutely did not! When I told them I didn’t pick it up at all, they shrugged their shoulders ONCE AGAIN and actually fill my prescriptions this time. This is completely irresponsible of them because if I had already picked them up, they just gave me double what I was actually prescribed! So if you’re an opioid user this place is probably great for you but if you’re a responsible adult just trying to get the medication you need without excess hassle and stress, choose a different pharmacy.” – Callie

“The staff was very friendly and helpful and had my Rx ready very quickly!” – Tristyn Kappelmann

“I’ve moved to the neighborhood a little over a year ago… And since I always go to Walgreens because of prescriptions this was my first time here… I only went in for a drink and the cashier that was there today (09-22) at 1:30 was very rude! When I was checking out I asked for $10 in cashback… He threw my change on the counter said to have a good night and walked away and proceeded towards the back of the store! I was so taken back by this behavior! I will never come to this location again! Horrible customer service” – priscilla moncivaiz

“I called to ask a question about a prescription – even though the medication wasn’t there anymore, the lady who answered still took time to help me.” – Jennifer Valentin

“I’ve been really happy with how the folks at this CVS treat me. I drive past 2 HEB’s and 1 Walgreens to go here because of it. I even skip another Walgreens a half-mile away in the other direction in lieu of this CVS. They are always helpful in refilling my prescriptions as well as in getting my meds ready very quickly and consistently more cheaply than other pharmacies. The fact that they are actually nice to me also is just icing on the cake!” – Eddie Torres

“2 days in a row this pharmacy has closed. Early!!! I am on meds that I need. I do r even wrote bad reviews, Ever!! This Pharmacy At San Pedro and Rampart! Worst Service I have ever seen. They advertised a 10 pm closing online. It was 5:40 when I got here” – Jonathan Jones

“Very helpful staff. Great customer service @ pharmacy. I live on the medical center area and have always gotten my medication at this store and so far they’ve been exceptional. I highly recommend it. ” – Manuel Posada

“If you’re insurance allows you, just go to the 24 hours Walgreens across the street. I had to use CVS due to my insurance for a while and live close to this particular store and it was a nightmare. The pharmacists, most of the time, were short and rude. I had a situation where one of my controlled medications was due for the refill and they had some issues with having that medication in their inventory or what-not and the pharmacist literally said: “I will try to get your prescription filled today but I can’t promise anything”. I asked if it was an issue that was just at this CVS or at all of them and she said: “well, we’re out so I’m pretty sure it’s an issue that’s affecting all the pharmacies”. Called Walgreens, hey transferred all my prescriptions and I had my meds within 2 hours. Walgreens across the street is SOOO much better. Both in service, it’s not nearly as crowded, and the staff is overall much friendlier and kinder.” – Maria Cisneros

“It’s a great area to shop at especially with their weekly ads and savings you can get cheaper diapers and cereals if you need them kind of a bad neighborhood but other than that its a good store” – Tallis Suarez
