“Today I came here to get a prescription that usually costs me $180. So I get the generic and only pick up half. I hate bothering the pharmacists. But my dude went out of his way and found me a coupon to get my whole prescription for $60. So happy” – Natalie Aston

“I just discovered this CVS today. It is the best CVS in the area. Everything is clean and neat. It’s spacious and well-stocked. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will be driving a little bit further, just to use this CVS.” – Marie

“Clinic appointment not honored. Checked in 10 mins before the appointment, marked next. Someone quickly stepped into clinic after one came out. After 15 mins wait, one after us suddenly appeared as in service and got bumped down to second in queue. Apparently you can quickly sneak in and get service even if you’re not next in line.” – jay ap

“Store is alright. The manager is kind of lame. At least they sell Bang energy drinks. Store looks like it has had a lot of help getting it fixed up, wish the same can be said for some of the others in the area that could use it.” –  Elliot Gables

“Devin, pharmacist, goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Typically, I’m not arriving at the pharmacy for positive reasons but Devin makes the overall experience in having to get medications for my child a positive one. I’ve observed how kind he is to other people coming in as well, the few times I’ve not used the drive thru. Thank you for taking the extra steps you do to ensure your customers’ needs are met.” – Bichon Baby

“Really friendly and helpful pharmacy!” – Becca Burlingame

“Pretty standard CVS experience. It seems to be a little bit in a dead shopping mall and the inside of it is a little rundown but other than that you can get what you want and get out.” – Chad Michael Lawson

“Unfortunately, it’s true the pharmacy is unprofessional. If this is the most convenient place for you, then make sure the health “professionals” know your name and date of birth. Even with something as simple as a flu shot, double-check and make sure they got your name correct instead of mistaking you for someone else.” –  Yvonne Nguyen

“Great service. We were honored a great photo coupon, Saved us a lot of money. Thank you” – Pablo Rey

“Unbelievable this CVS is!!! They never answer the phone! EVER!!! I’ve been sitting here for 4 hours waiting & waiting. Every three months when it comes time to refill my script I go through this. Well, that’s it goodbye CVS!!!! You guys need get better staff that will do the job there hired to do. I want to speak with mgmnt!!” – Tara Ulber

“This CVS pharmacy has always been really great, 5/5 for that. Whenever I pick up my medicine or want it refilled they’re thorough, and helpful if there’s a problem. The store has recently been upgraded with 2 self-checkout kiosks. The coupon machine only works well 1/3 of the time, which can be incredibly frustrating. The employees that work there are always friendly. There used to be great deals on every shelf, however, that could just be CVS changing as a whole. Overall great experience” – Tahlita Navarro

“I have vowed never ever to go here again. My bladder was bursting, I asked the pharmacist to go to the restroom. She snidely told me “we don’t have public restrooms”. She calmly turned and walked away even as I shouted: “It’s an emergency!” – which it was.” –  Chris Wiesehan

“Typical CVS, a great place to go if you’re visiting from out of town and need some essentials. They have 3 self-checkout machines, but only one was working: one had a sign it wasn’t working, and the other had a black screen and just didn’t respond. Cashiers were friendly. Convenient location.” – Renée Wilson

“Was a good place to stop by and pick some stuff up that I’d neglected to pack for my trip. Staff was friendly, it did seem like they were forcing it to me but some people are just like that. Prices were okay, look for the deals.” – Jonathan Jaramillo

“I’ve been using this CVS for a while now since the CVS location I preferred closed down at Congress and Oltorf. I dread this location and am planning on closing my account with them shortly. Rarely do they have my orders correct and if they do, the wait time is ridiculous. I’ve received texts before saying the order was ready only to arrive with it NOT ready. I’ve arrived with one order being ready and another one not being ready. I’ve waited in line before for 30 minutes. I once got a coupon that said 50% a single product with the exceptions being milk, on sale items and alcohol. I tried getting ice cream but I was told it’s “always on sale so we do not allow a coupon.” Well, nowhere in store or online does it say ice cream is on sale. If it’s ALWAYS on sale then that’s not a sale, that’s just the normal price. So I tried getting a different item and it wasn’t allowed either although no explanation could be given by any staff member. Aside from the poor service and wait times, I plan on stopping service in with this CVS due to a lack of cohesiveness with employees and how they treat customers.” – Ty Liddell

“This pharmacy has been a complete joke lately. The computers are always crashing. They want at least a day to fill any prescriptions. They are constantly understaffed and act like they are at their whits end. I’d recommend any pharmacy over this. It is definitely worse than it used to be” – drew w

“Over four years I have never had one good experience here. Every prescription has taken multiple trips to pick up regardless if I received a text that it was ready. They lost two time-sensitive prescriptions over two separate times and I had to get my doctor to call them in again resulting in 3 days of wasted time and feeling awful without my prescription. I will never be going back here.” – Julie Cappello
