Use with caution in patients with clinical manifestations of prostatic hyperplasia, paralytic intestinal obstruction, zakratougolnoy glaucoma and similar conditions.
With prolonged therapy with neuroleptics, there is a risk of developing tardive dyskinesia. With the development of signs of tardive dyskinesia, a dose reduction or elimination of olanzapine is recommended.
