Although Mirtazapine helped me well years ago to get out of depression with insomnia, the fatigue on first intake (15 mg) was so intense for me this time that I did not want to stick it out. Pain has occurred in the liver during the night but has passed. Moreover, a side effect of mirtazapine is that I cringe with every sound. This NW is still on (48 hours). I do not know if the electrical shocks in the neck and shoulder area (also heat and pain at the lower end of the cervical spine) are connected with it.
