    Sumatriptan for Cluster headache

I’m taking Sumatriptan for about 3 years now and I’m getting sick from AZ, the headaches are gone but the body is completely crazy. I have difficulty swallowing, when I can shower I can hardly bear the hot water running down my body, especially on my head. Furthermore, I have herniated discs in the cervical spine and can not move my head properly and it is even strengthened by taking it. But what is worse, I have very strong word-finding problems which is not so good in the job. The phases between the pains become shorter, but the periods of pain become longer. Sometimes I do not know how to continue ………

    Sumatriptan for Cluster headache

As a side effect, I had a feeling of tightness and a little pain swallowing in my throat. In addition, dizziness and I was sensitive to pain. For cluster headaches, 100 percent oxygen helps me. However, after the attacks I have a rather unpleasant after-pain which I treat with sumatriptan. The side effects are so strong that I take a tablet at most in the evening to get rid of the pain. Driving a car I would not be under the influence of Sumatriptan due to the strong drowsiness.

    Sumatriptan for Cluster headache; Migraine

I (w, 22) have these really strong attacks for about 3 years, ie pain only around the eye and right side of the face. Sumatriptan got 100mg for the first time and it helped pretty well at first without any side effects. However, at that time I additionally got ASA acute / 500 i.v and was pain free for 1 year. In the following year, I had such attacks again but could be well restrained with Sumatriptan. This year I have 10 days of pain and suddenly I have experienced some side effects such as drowsiness, fatigue and nausea, so my day was over. Therefore, I switched to Rizatriptan Orodispersible 10mg or Naratriptan 2.5mg (over-the-counter), as I no longer feel cut off. The effect occurs in my opinion in the latter two earlier than Sumatriptan after only about 30 minutes show effect. I also got Perfalgan + Caffeine i.v this time. However, I advise to ASS i.v harm does not do it except those who are not allowed to take blood thinners and it helps in addition and the tremendous i.v therefore, as it acts faster than oral.
