Mode of action of Amisulprid

Amisulpride belongs to the drug group of neuroleptics. These are substances that intervene in the nerve activity and thus the perception and the emotional life by changing the levels of messenger substances in the brain. Most (typical) neuroleptics have an effect on the messenger dopamine and its receptors.

Amisulpride as an atypical neuroleptic also inhibits other neurotransmitters and their binding sites in the brain, including serotonin. There are far fewer side effects than typical neuroleptics. Especially the movement disorders, but also tiredness occur much less frequently.

As an atypical neuroleptic, amisulpride has two effects:

  • It influences the “positive symptomatology”, that is, it dampens the delusions.
  • The “negative symptoms” are also reduced. That is, the social withdrawal, the isolation, the drive reduction and the flattening of the feelings of the patient is counteracted.

1.seid I take Seroquell I feel worse in my strong mainly depressive crunch. I am completely dulled, feel nothing more. have the impression that it promotes voice hearing (previously it was in my crisis now only strong accoustic states of exuberance), strong thirst, total lack of interest in life, my body and my psyche defend against advise every sensitive person from the stuff. 2. In my case, Solean caused hormonal disturbances such as milk flow even in the small dose, increased thoughts, then, at the onset of the antidepressant effect; strong hyperactivity (could continue running on the treadmill without any signs of fatigue without end) also felt more alienated to myself. 3. I went well as sensitive to general stabilization 7 years with 1mg Fluanxol. In my current major depressive crisis, the propensity for strong dissociation that limits psychosis is less helpful. otherwise recommended for less endangered mimosa in mini-dose.

    Side effects: Milk bullet; Unrest

    Solian for Psychosis

After gaining weight at Zyprexa, I got Solian, quickly losing 15 kg! No side effects, very good tolerability, no tiredness or dizziness. Psychosis well subsided! After one year absence of the menstrual period, persists permanently. Highly recommended drug! Unfortunately expensive and will only be prescribed if no Amisulprid is tolerated.

    Side effects: Amenorrhea

Solian for Thinking disorders; Hallucinations; Delusion

I have to take Solian for about 3 years now. I have been to the mental hospital 5 times before because I have relapsed again and again. It started with me that I smoked grass and later tried chemical drugs. I also had a hard time during my education. I had the feeling of being bullied and my former girlfriend often pulled me down because of her problems (borderline). Then I crashed at some point because my body and my psyche did not go through that anymore. And then the thing started. First it was said that I had a schizophrenia and social phobia. Later bipolar disorder. I do not remember what I had to take in the clinic for medication. In any case, I have very bad memories of it – especially to the closed station. Since I get Solian, my life is not down anymore. I started training that is going very well and made friends again. But I think that the improvement in my life circumstances has contributed much more to my conditioning than the drug. Unfortunately, I also have a lot of side effects: First, when I was hired at the clinic, I suddenly saw visual hallucinations. These never came back. It certainly was not a backflash because I had not used any drugs for a long time. Furthermore, I got such a condition as if I was under power. That was very uncomfortable. Later I had a strong chest pain and could not get up. But these were all only unique symptoms. So the usual symptoms, such as dry mouth, extreme tiredness, fatigue, listlessness, etc. I had when the dose was even higher. Now it works. Meanwhile, I take 300mg / day. That’s a tolerable dose. However, I noticed that I am suffering from an erection disorder. This is very bad, especially if you have a girlfriend and not even 30. My last Psychodoc said, then it would be the wrong girlfriend. What a nonsense. I also realize that I have become less emotion-less and, in a sense, dulled. In addition, I notice that my movements are not so fluent and I sweat quickly – even in cool temperatures and do nothing. I also get nausea sometimes and conditions where I talk totally shaky and overwhelmed, although there is no reason for it. And sometimes people ask me if I have taken drugs – but I do not. In summary, the side effects depend on the dose and duration of use. Helping against psychological complaints, such as brooding and negative thoughts and fear of people. The side effects are very cumbersome in individual cases but acceptable in view of the mental illness.

    Solian for Depression; Psychosis

Under the initial 800 mg (!) I slept through the first few days only! I was just cocked and was just sedated – without feeling any feelings (joy, confidence, etc.) to be able to empathize. Although the solian is an a-typical psychotropic drug, it worked the opposite for me! Among the high doses I was increasingly depressed – an additional treatment with the antidepressant citralpram (can not remember exactly the name) brought no improvement. Show a slight muscle stiffness and inner restlessness (can not sit still) on. Also, I was enormously impotent and tired. Fast weight gain – up to 12 kg in the first three months (even below 400 mg). Only with a reduction to 200 mg began to improve. At last spewed emotions, some drive, the depression subsided and also the weight gain stagnated. Nevertheless still almost complete absence of the rule and strong libido loss. Tiredness gave way to happiness and I was finally able to pursue my work again – even a little bit motivated. After all, antidepressants were discontinued after only 2 months, as there was no improvement and less or no longer depressive under lower doses of Solian. Today, I only take the minimum dose: 25 mg and have been for more than 3 years. Still not top fit, only very occasional period, a very high prolactin level proven by the doctor, although very low dosage. From 200 mg, I already had the motivation to start a diet with sports. However, I have lost a lot in the range of 100 mg Solian to 25 mg. The pounds tumbled, as always with a Diaet with me. Fear of relapse remains, but for 5 years – even at current low-dose – no signs of psychotic shock, although I was exposed to major stress situations. Libido loss still there, but not so pronounced – still vagina dryness. Seems – at least for me – to keep everything even in such small doses …

Solian works from a dose v. 200mg like amphetamine. I used to be dependent on amphora for a long time, but I have not taken it for 7 years now. If I take 4 x 100mg in 2-3 hours it is better.

    Solian for Psychosis

During my pregnancy, I continued to take Solian (200 mg in the morning, 200 mg in the evening). My doctor has advised against termination of pregnancy (there would be no danger for the unborn). 2 weeks after the birth of my son, I had blood tests done. every 2 days from finger, then veins. He had severe anemia (blood deficiency). After two months, his blood count was ok. Since then no complaints, weight gain ok, mental development very good.

I now take the drugs mentioned for almost 1 year daily. For almost 6 months I have gained a lot of weight. The last 3 months I’ve gained a whopping 15 kg. But I do sports regularly and eat healthy. In addition, I suffer from strong water retention (edema), which I just can not get rid of.
