The first treatment with methotrexate had to be stopped because of too much excess. But after the second attempt, which has been going on for four weeks, I have little nausea, I feel generally better. Have more painless hours per day!

Methotrexate for Chondrocalcinosis
Nausea, vomiting, and sudden onset of severe depression, which worsen after 4 to 5 hours. The nausea is so severe that citalopram and lodine retard or Dafalgan can no longer be swallowed. At the moment I can only take about 1/4 of the normal meal time.
