Mode of action of Doxycycline

Doxycycline is an antibiotic in the tetracycline group.

Bacteria, like all living things, must produce proteins to survive and grow. Tetracyclines prevent the build up of proteins in the bacteria so that they can no longer grow. The human immune system can then easily kill the bacteria. As a result, inflammation and the associated symptoms often go back within a few days.

After taking a short-term improvement in swallowing symptoms. Then again complaints in the same strength. In my illness, the drug brought so far no improvement. No side effects yet.

    Doxycycline for Pain (acute)

I had pain in my hands, in my legs. Could not sleep at night in pain, and did not feel like I should lay my hands and legs to some pain free. It was unbearable. I had to take her because of a tick bite. Now have a strong nerve damage and take Gabapentin-1 A Pharma 100 mg, since my pain is pretty much gone.

    Doxycycline for Pain (acute)

To remedy the pain in the water during the retention of the double J-splint after kidney stone removal, I have for 10 days ever 3 tablets Spasmex, 1 tablet tamsulosin and 1 tablet Doxy 200 1 A Pharma taken, the latter after the prophylactically ingested Drug Ciprofloxanin Ratiopharm did not prevent cystitis. Under Doxy 200 1A Pharma, the blistering was treated after 4 days, kidney infection was avoided (despite the DJ splint that keeps the bladder-kidney connection open, and the remainder of the treatment was for the sake of prophylaxis.) Spasmex has reduced the pain, but not Of the documented side effects, (mild) abdominal pain occurred, and there were no other side effects.

The evening after the FA, I took the first tablet and was soon tired and tired. The next day I took her at noon and had nausea, pressure, and belching for over half an hour. After that I had to vomit. Hours later, I got a bad headache and went to sleep. After that I went a little bit better. So anyone can take the tablets only in the evening and not directly 200 mg, but to share them. I prefer to take 100mg for 20 days and not just 10 for 200mg.

    Doxycycline for Borreliose

For the treatment of a borellia infection after a mosquito bite on the Rhine, Doxy-M-Ratiopharm (high dosage, once a day) was initially prescribed. After a few days, especially in the abdominal region, a skin rash occurred (small reddish spots, itching – no loss of income). After 10 days, therefore, the antibiotic was changed to amoxycillin. The rash on the belly disappeared, but now a strong whiplash-like rash on the legs. Focus of the rash thigh front (runs mainly from the outside top to the inside bottom), slightly lower at the inside and back, also slightly lower at the bottom and again strong at the back of the knees and an isolated spot on the lower legs. The insect bite was seen in the upper third of the left calf (puncture site 3 weeks after the sting, but rash disappeared due to borellia infection). Suffice it to say that I also respond to erythromycin and acetomycin with skin rash in the abdominal region. I can not say anything about the progress of the rash after completion of the therapy.

    Side effects: Allergic skin reaction

    Doxycycline for Borreliose

Doxy-M is well tolerated despite autoimmune diseases and previously damaged liver, with only a slight, temporary deterioration in visual performance. Complaints have occurred in o.g. Combination after repeated administration (shorter period) over months very, much improved. Clinda brought stomach problems and bitter taste. Relapse after about 7 months. Thereafter, unfortunately, with repeated treatment only a quick recovery, rashes under Clinda.
