    Allopurinol for Gout

Allpurinol was taken for the first time a few years ago. Already the next day I got a foreskinitis leading to skin detachment. Since I only use the o.g. Drug I put this off. The painfulness went back slowly. This year (2008) another self-test with only a quarter (!) Tablet. Immediately, the inflammation began again. So do not take !! Nobody has described this side effect.

    Side effects: Allergic skin reaction

    Allopurinol for Gout

I have been taking allopurinol for a few weeks and soon had the expected side effects, most notably persistent diarrhea. My doctor then advised me to supplement the therapy with a Montmorency sour cherry preparation in the form of concentrate and capsules, which helps very well. Now we have lowered the dosage with allopurinol and the urinary levels have even dropped even further. Diarrhea has been better since then.

    Side effects: Diarrhea

    Allopurinol for Gout

I discontinued Symbicort because the side effects were too blatant for me. My voice has changed, I’ve grown a lot (though doctors deny it, I know), strong and ongoing fatigue. I am very satisfied with the other medications. I also have Nexium mups against acidification of the stomach and cauterization of the esophagus, because I have a stomach wall break, you can not operate and the stomach entrance does not close properly. is also fine, only expensive. Like the Singulair, 100 tablets cost 210 euros, the Nexium costs 99 tablets 125 euros, which makes a great book. Although I get most of the money again, but if you have to anticipate, that’s already steep. But my health is worth the effort and it makes me feel better and life will be worth living, even if you have to live with it for the rest of your life.

Side effects: Fatigue; Increase in weight

After taking only 1/2 tablet of Allopurinol AL 100 I developed pustules on the left and right leg within 6 hours, which developed into blister-like, weeping and itchy inflammations within 24 hours. Have the tablets discontinued immediately and go to the doctor tomorrow, after 4 days, no reverse development of the inflammation has begun.

    Side effects: Itching rash

    Allopurinol for Gout

After a few months of taking allopurinol, a feeling of dizziness turned up – especially after getting up. After stopping allopurinol, the dizziness disappeared after a few days. HA says that there is no alternative to allopurinol. Now try to suppress the gout by strict diet.

    Side effects: Dizziness

    Allopurinol for Gout

My mother-in-law was prescribed this medicine because of aching limbs (feet), in less than 2 weeks my mother became more and more tired and complained of a twitching in the right eyelid. One week later acute skin rash on the body worst on the face. Dandruff-like and totally red-eyed. She also complained of cardiac arrhythmias and sleep disturbances. In my opinion, this drug should be banned because it can cause extreme side effects and even death in different patients taking the drug.
