    Ciprofloxacin for Stomach-intestinal infection-

I had a severe stomach intestinal infection and was supposed to take the medicine morning and night (2 times 500mg). On the first day I did not notice, only that the inflammation in the abdomen eased. On the second day then extreme drowsiness about 1 hour after ingestion. I had to go back to bed and slept 4 hours like in a coma. I forced myself out of bed but felt extremely dull and weak. At night, extreme pain in the abdomen, which made me hardly sleep. On the 3rd day then dizziness associated with tight in the chest and the feeling just did not get enough air. Could only withstand sitting. Approximately 10 hours after ingestion, this subsided. In the night but then again total sleep disorders. Have never been able to sleep more than 1 hour. Pain in the legs and cramps in the abdomen. But the abdomen was much better than the night before. Of course I feel pretty weak and tired now, but so far no breathing problems anymore. If the antibiotic takes 10 days, the side effects should stop, I will discontinue it after the 5th day. You just feel worse than without. But also think that the dose is perhaps quite high for me. I’m only 1.71 tall and weigh 52kg.

    Ciprofloxacin for Prostatitis

I got ciprofloxacin for 20 days because of a prostate infection. I stopped taking it after 15 days because I got extreme side effects that are not gone after nearly 6 months. The worst are depression, anxiety, the skin burns all over the body, sleep disorders, joint pain, fatigue, etc …… I would take no chinolon such as ciprofloxacin more. I do not know how long the side effects will continue and as I am there are many, better take another AB.

    Ciprofloxacin for Urinary tract infection

Obtained after postoperative UTI (in man). I am not sure if I have taken Cipro before – if, then without side effects except maybe digestive tract (I almost always have this with antibiotics). This time 2x500mg were prescribed daily for actually 7 days. After three days in the morning mild tinnitus. Since OP was on the head, not even assigned to the drug in the approach. On the fourth day then pain in the calf left, later lower leg right. Here, too, initially assigned possibly too long immobilization after OP. Also, light sleep problems and hypnosis with Atemnotsgefühl during almost the entire duration of use. Magnesium was taken on the fourth day in the evening, which helped almost immediately to improve, but only for a short time. Then I finally came up with the idea that it is the Cipro! Discontinued. Wait for improvement of the symptoms (1 day after removal).

    Ciprofloxacin for Urinary tract infection

Immediately after taking the first pill I developed muscle weakness, which is particularly pronounced in the thighs, so that I sometimes have difficulty climbing stairs. In addition, since taking Cipro, I have been extremely weak, lacking in drive, have balance and speech problems (exchanged words). A massive daytime tiredness has also set. At night I have massive sleep disorders. In the winter I already got Cipro because of a nose bladder infection. At that time, I was suffering from a postpartum depression and taking Cipro I briefly had signs of psychosis and the depression was MASSIV worsened. Whether Cipro at least worked then I do not remember. Unfortunately, I had not written down the name of the drug and have stupidly taken it again now. My conclusion is: the bladder infection is not gone even after 5-day use, the side effects have remained, so I am currently not able to work. Stay away from this car!

    Ciprofloxacin for Stomach-intestinal infection-

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE! I have been prescribed this antibiotic because of a gastrointestinal intolerance. 2x daily 500mg. Initially, I only had heartburn, nausea, headaches and was unpowered. Unfortunately, these conditions were caused by my infection. Unfortunately, I thought wrong. On the day of the last tablet, I suddenly got Depressed Conditions. The next day I got my first panic attack. It continued with anxiety which lasted the whole day. In the first few weeks after weaning, I quickly lost weight due to anxiety and panic attacks and could not eat anything. I was very impotent and could do nothing more and just lie in bed. When I could sleep, I woke up very early in the morning with a bad heart rate. Of the listed side effects, anxiety and panic attacks are worst for me. It’s been 6 weeks since I got my first symptoms. I am still afraid and have panic attacks. I do not recommend this medication in any way. It is a Ersatzantibiothikum which should be taken only in extreme emergency cases (if no other drug helps). There is information on this devil drug especially on English speaking websites.

At the beginning of March I had to take Cipro and metronidazole because of upcoming gallbladder and increased Leukos. Since then nothing is as it was. At first, I thought I had Lyme disease. Since then, I have been running from doctor to doctor and my blood levels, such as lymphocytes, granulocytes and IgG, are so bad. I researched for months on the internet what I could have. It started on the same day of medication, with trembling of the body, groin pain, pelvic pain and malaise. I got the medication in the preliminary session because of gallbladder, one understands without leaflet. I damn well did not think it could come from the drug. Because I was due to inguinal pain and ribs pain a few days before the doctor. Days later, lumbar vertebrae and hip pain were added. MRI arthrosis. Two weeks later my knees hurt and the left one got fat. At night I got seizures in my thighs, since then my thighs are numb and numb. The knees hurt weeks and are still swollen to the knee joint, as if liquid was inside. Orthopedist said that came from the Pomuscles. I had running difficulties, was weakened, had loss of appetite, anxiety, tachycardia, my body cramped more often at night, I had stomach burns, sometimes had to go to the toilet five times in half an hour, my body was burning in different places, I was getting quite cold, have since then redness on the chest, sleep disorders, night sweats, redness and broken capillaries in the face. Bowel problems and since dry mouth and nose, my eyes feel like if the back of a cream would be (sorry difficult to describe) and I noticed vision problems, it stands there all over the body, sometimes there. I even had bruises on the inside of my thigh for two weeks. My tendon is shortened and pain sometimes, I even had problems closing my shoes, my bones ached when I was doing gymnastics on the floor. I ran from doctor to doctor. ENT, two orthopedic surgeons, two different internal physicians, was twice in the emergency department, neurologists and and and. Last but not least, my hair is going out and my teeth are hurting, the gums are retracting and numb. My inner cheeks have swollen for 3 weeks. My life is ruined. Whether all this comes from the drug, mhhhh no idea. But if you read the report then I know where I am. I am just sad.

    Ciprofloxacin for Bacterial infection

After 8 days 2×500 daily treatment aborted due to joint pain in knees and hocks and especially pain in both Achilles tendons. After 2 weeks, normal walking was hardly possible. Also, I suffered from anxiety and depression, as well as sleep disorders. After 7 weeks improved mobility, but constantly pain , even at night and after exercise. Since then I have been on sick leave, exercise is no longer possible. Doctors usually ignorant and helpless. Have begun with eccentric training for Achilles tendon pain. Also in the tendons of the forearms slight irritant pain. I could never have imagined what this antibiotic can cause. The hoped for treatment success is out of proportion to the injury suffered. I’m grateful for any hint or tip regarding treatment and course of complaints.

    Ciprofloxacin for Cystitis

Have Cipro 1 A Pharma 500 mg given after delivery of a urine sample and examination and without a medical consultation by the receptionist over the Thresen. Dosage: 2 times daily 500 mg, beginning of therapy on 11.10.2013. Immediately after the third tablet I got muscle pain in the thighs. Have the drug discontinued immediately. Then I researched on the Internet and read with horror, the fatal effects of this poison and I am stunned how to prescribe this drug without warning and then even with a silly bladder infection. Had I researched before the first intake! In the following days, muscle weakness on the legs, sensory disturbances of the nerves to nerve pain on the feet, hands and legs and on the face, joint pain (ankles, knee joints and finger joints), tendon pain (especially Achilles tendon), muscle pain in the whole leg, sometimes Sleep disorders, headache, urgency, heavier-legged feeling, freezing / shivering. Every day a little more. I stopped the poison 3.5 weeks ago and still have the aforementioned complaints. When I look at the page I can only pray that it sticks to it and it does not get any worse. The fact that most doctors have never heard of such side effects, especially those that only days, weeks or months after discontinuation of the drug and may have fatal, even fatal consequences, is unbelievable, but Vogel-ostrich policy is probably also to. My therapy: Vitamin B complex, magnesium, vitamin E, calcium + D3, dietary supplements for joints, if all this somehow and sometime helps, I do not know, I just have the hope.
