    Amoxicillin for Tick bite

After 8 days all of a sudden redness with strong itching appeared on the whole body. Especially on the soles of the feet, wrists, knee joints, neck, back. So far I’ve never had allergic reactions but that’s unacceptable.

    Amoxicillin for Dental treatment

Last Wednesday I had a tooth-op, I have been taking the antibiotic (Amoxicillin ratiopharm 1000) since last Tuesday and I would have to take it until tomorrow. But I have discontinued it since today, since I have had many little, itchy pustules since yesterday evening – from head to calf. When you scratch the itchy spots, the points swell up. I have never had an allergic reaction to medication-until now, but never antibiotic. However, after studying the package leaflet, it became clear to me that my rash was due to amoxicillin-since the adverse reaction to skin and hypersensitivity reactions is described exactly as I see it on my body. Incidentally, what with me is that I have inflammation in the oral mucosa … I have, however, since the beginning of the week. Is uncomfortable, as this hurts and swells-but at least no one else sees it: / I have an appointment today with the doctor and get an injection and hope that I do not have to scare long when looking in the mirror 🙂 all sufferers get well soon

    Amoxicillin for Tonsillitis

My doctor ordered amoxicillin because of my acute tonsillitis. At the beginning of the intake, I still tolerated the medication reasonably. The only side effects I experienced were taste disorders, fatigue and sweating (if I had to work hard). From the 6th day of intake, I noticed a slight reddening of the skin on my décolleté. On the 8th session, I had a rash all over my upper body and face, but it did not itch. My face looked as if I had sunburn, was a little swollen and felt hot. Now after taking time, the rash on the upper body has decreased (completely gone in the face). For that, the rash has now spread to the whole body. Arms and legs are now red, itchy and hot. Because of the constant itching I could not sleep well the last time.

    Amoxicillin for Tonsillitis

Amoxi 1000 – 1 A Pharma. 7 days ingestion, 3 times a day. The first two days it was still alright, have always tolerated the drug before. Then two days after taking the first red spots. But left quickly, so I did not think much of it. After two days red spots again, this time not many small but two huge neck and chest. So to the pharmacy (since weekend), get cetirizine. Has also brought something first. Amoxi continued. Then the next day bad headache, mild respiratory problems and again slight red spots. But they remained small, so continued to take cetirizine. On the last day of intake (today) I wake up and am full of red spots and pustules, even on the scalp and hairline, the center of the whole were mainly the thighs. It also itched, especially on the head. Then I go straight to the doctor and got a cortisone injection. I should take cetirizine. And probably never again amoxicillin. The tonsillitis is incidentally only almost gone, sometimes still visible. Now get another antibiotic for the next two days. Enjoy with caution. In itself, it has always helped me well, but you should be well aware that at some point you can simply allergic react. And then hurry is needed, that could have been worse.

    Amoxicillin for Tonsillitis

Received amoxicillin in the course of angina in the throat / throat. On the second day of treatment I noticed redness on the right back of the hand and on the right elbow with a slight itching. Since these did not worsen but rather tended to disappear again, I continued the treatment. After 10 days of treatment began after about 2-3 days, a very dry skin in the palms, which I cream now regularly. Next time, I’ll probably do without this drug better.
