    Cefaclor for Tonsillitis

My son had 2 days after stopping taking Cefaclor, severe joint problems (knee and hand), the joints were heavily swollen. He also had a strong itchy rash all over his body and face. Evidently came from Cefaclor …. (confirmation of the pediatrician in the hospital)

On the third day of use, I suddenly developed a rash on both hands and hand joints that spread throughout the day to the neck and parts of the face. Over night, this spread over the entire arms, neck and face and my face is swollen, my field of vision is limited and I look slightly blurry. In addition, I have several lymph node swelling in the left ear and throat area, which causes pain when turning the head. I have partly strong bauschschmerzen, especially after taking, as well as a strong constipation and I am very worn and tired. Why did I discontinue the medication and stop treatment now? I can not really judge the effectiveness, because I have not finished it. But the side effects are not worth it, especially because of the eye and abdominal discomfort.

    Cefaclor for Bacterial infection

Hello, my almost three-year-old daughter has been prescribed by pediatrician CEC Saft, due to a feverish bronchial inflammation. During the intake there were no objective complaints. She has tolerated it well in my opinion and the juice has also relatively quickly brought at least the fever under control. Her barking, poorly dissolving, croup-like cough was well under control after a week’s use. The intake was set to 8 days and with the dry juice we got exactly (Thursday-Thursday). On Saturday night, three days after weaning, my little one got an itchy rash in some parts of her body (inguinal region, underarms, hairline / neck, hollows of the knees, and part of abdomen, back, and thighs) (similar to nettle stings). Since the next morning (Sunday, 4 days after) no improvement was in sight, I visited the pediatric emergency service, which prescribed her Fenestiltropfen. The diagnosis of the doctor: SIDE EFFECTS OF ANTIBIOTICS! On the same day in the evening, my daughter suddenly could no longer walk and complained crying about pain in both knees. In the investigation on my part, I found that both knees slightly swollen and unlike upper and lower legs were also extremely hot. In addition, she had now again 38.5 ° C Temp! I gave her ibuprofen juice and put her to sleep. Since I could not explain the increased temp, the pain and also the swelling, I contacted a pediatrician in the nearby hospital for advice. When she described the history and current symptoms and the drug Cefaclor came into conversation, she told me that also JOINT PAIN is a subsequent side effects of the drug. I should now wait and tomorrow, if no improvement is in sight, visit a doctor again. In addition, I was told by her that it is very common to such symptoms and now paediatricians is advised to stop giving antibiotics with active ingredient Cefaclor children !!! I now hope the best for my little girl and advise parents urgently from this drug!

I got Cefaclor 500 prescribed for flu. It did not bother me at all, even after the 6 1/2 days that I had to take it I was not really better. But you say so beautiful-with a doctor 7 days, without a week … In this case, very true. I still had a high fever and head / body aches. Two days after I stopped taking them, I got a severe rash on my arms and stomach and it got so bad that I had to go back to the doctor who only prescribed other pills to help with the rash should.

    Cefaclor for Bronchitis (acute)

After stopping taking Cefaclor, after two days I got a rash that worsened to hives and breathlessness. It looked as if I had bathed in nettles for 3 days. After two days of rash and shortness of breath, it became so bad that even hospitalization became necessary. I will never touch this devil again, even if it helped for the bronchitis – I do not wish these side effects to anyone !!!
