    Propofol for Colonoscopy

In 2000 in hospital on anesthesia induction (due to colonoscopy) with propofol respiratory arrest. The doctors have denied that this was due to Propofol. That I had a respiratory arrest right after the Propofolgabe (I still noticed that my body rears up, then it was dark) I only through a well-known nurse present, the doctors have downplayed this. (At that time I had the anesthesia report secretly copied, but there are only the drugs noted, nothing of the respiratory arrest) Through the discussion of Michael Jackson, I have now thought again and found this site. Maybe the doctors at Propofolgabe just have to be a bit more careful, or better not use anymore! Have always pointed to the possible incompatibility before surgery and something so far not experienced again.

    Propofol for Endoscopy

I had an endoscopy 5 years ago without a syringe, never again! This time it was really pleasant, got 150mg i.v. fractionated under current pulse oximeter! I got the injection knows they pushed me the ring in the mouth. After that, I was really lying down and I was gone, woke up again had a nice short dream and had to sort everything again first so I knew what was SAche but that was fast and then I had only a little slow reaction. Have as before in the Prtacis then for 1 cTag driving prohibited. I would do the same again next time.

    Propofol for Surgery

I had a minor surgery that could have been performed on an outpatient basis (ateroma on the back). Even as the plunger of the syringe pushed the fluid into me, I felt a pleasant sensation of relaxation. I could still say to the sister: It’s a great stuff, so you could earn much more behind the train station. When I woke up after the operation, I was immediately fully there and went to the clinic park after 10 minutes without any gear insecurity or circulatory problems. For the evening I visited with my wife a good restaurant. But I still had a completely unexpected effect: my depression, which affect me very much my life, were completely gone (!) For 3 days. I can not explain that, it may also have been due to the simultaneously administered ketamine.
