I am very critical about taking psychotropic drugs, but fluoxetine really helps me. I am in a better mood, depressive phases are shorter if they even occur and panic attacks due to my anxiety disorder are almost gone. Compared to sertraline, which felt like cotton wool and was somehow absent, the side effects of fluoxetine are limited.
