Aciclovir 800 was prescribed to me with diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia for cold sores. Dosage 5 times a day, 4 hours apart. I am not very well with the tablets. Diarrhea since the first day of use, nausea from the 2nd day, vomiting on the 5th day. General strong malaise. Sleep disorder, permanent hearing of noise. Repeated visit to the doctor with the advice to continue taking the tablets so that a cure can take place. Glad if the rest of the days are finally over !!

    Side effects: Diarrhea; Nausea

I took it in the summer because of an eye infection where no doctor knew what that was. Guess that was a side effect of a cortisone ointment I’ve done the night before my eye. I tolerated the tablets very well. I had to take high-dose antibiotics. No nausea.

My son has been prescribed the drug Aciclostad 800mg tablets after a herpes rash in the genital area. Show 5 times 800mg a day for 7 days. After regular intake and decay of the herpes, the problems started properly. On the same day of the last tablet he got air problems and heart piercing, which degenerated so we had to go to the emergency doctor on the weekend. Nothing was found except that we were told he fancied it. From day to day everything became worse and it expressed itself so that he got disturbances of perception of the skin and the eyes, circulation complaints, nausea and powerlessness and again and again stinging in the chest area. After five emergency rooms and a cardiologist visit no improvement of the symptoms, and again only the statement he imagines and swings up nervously. What is very bad are the dread attacks. Even a visit to the neurologist did not bring any improvement in the condition. What was more, there were severe headaches and head stings, one ear was deaf for a short time then returned. Skin sensations are tens of times stronger than normal, and hands and feet have been cold since then and are no longer warm. In addition, there was a weight loss of 5 kg within two weeks. Everything described here is still ongoing and we do not know any further, he was never sick and is very athletic. Maybe someone with similar experiences is here.
