    Risperdal for Psychosis

    I got the Risperdal as a depot injection during a hospital stay. A long-term therapy is very annoying with the depot syringe, because you have to visit once a week at a doctor who then gives you the syringe. Conclusion: Compared to other high-potency neuroleptics, however, the loss of short-term memory is totally unable to engage in regular activity as the ability to concentrate is virtually non-existent. Side effects: – Loss of short-term memory during ingestion; Example: one wants to make a statement and 5 seconds later no longer knows what one actually wanted to say – only slight restriction of the sexual functions; In contrast to other highly potent neuroleptics, it is not as emotionally dull as other highly potent neuroleptics, but nevertheless in a depressive state

    Risperdal for Psychosis

    after intake of 50 mg risperdal consta for about 8 weeks (4 pieces in total) and previously risperdal solution I have since autumn 2005: mild speech disorders (occasional stuttering), weight gain (about 7 kg), loss of control or impaired ability, limited memory ( sometimes highly forgetful), at first high urinary urgency (5-10 x daily) now slightly better, muscle twitching.
