My daughter has turned 19 in September 19, and has now had a sleep and wake up epilepsy for a year. At first she was treated with lamotrigine and suddenly she could hardly remember anything. Since about 3 weeks you will be switched to Keppra and she is doing very well with it. She hardly forgets what else and in general, you are better off with it.
