Take pentasa since my 1st batch, 1 time 2gr granules daily. Have been for some weeks water retention in the legs and joint pain. Since my doctor said that I had to continue taking the medicine after the injection, I did not want to sell it on my own.

    Pentasa for Ulcerative colitis

I always use Pentasa Xtend 2g if I have a colitis attack. The attending physician thinks I could take the Pentasa constantly. During a push I take 2x2g. Pentasa Xtend, in the resting phase, the dosage should be reduced to 1x2g. Because of the detected side effects, I put the Pentasa but completely off after a boost. Side effects that occur with me are: depression, slackness, tiredness, joint pain.
