    Clindamycin for Fever

Am in my mid-50s and can say that never before in my life the taking of a drug – such as this Clindamycin ratiopharm – has given such problems – immediate and massive: – extensive rash on virtually all extremities – strong bleeding gums on each tooth cleaning (despite the use of a soft toothbrush) – for months, scaly skin and penetrating increasing itching – the skin literally crumbled away on the neck; At the same time, the true miracle for me was the permanent renewal of the skin (definitely NO MERIT OF RATIOPHARM !!!) I only get sick when I think about the past eight months !!! (After inpatient treatment in a renowned dermatological clinic and interim rehab stay in the high mountain clinic Davos … may I now probably count on the neurodermatitis, the – supposedly modern – medical professionals all too easily as people with genetic defects are abqualifiziert … and again Once the question arises to me, who actually is ill (he), – an affected person or someone whose diagnosis should actually affect any normal human being! When assessing the compatibility and recommendation, I was unfortunately denied, without this one single point to click away.

    Clindamycin for Skin infection

During the intake only slight side effects: Easily itching (enduring), irritability (coping with humor), softer stools than usual, mild flatulence. On the last day of ingestion (day 8), sudden itching of the whole body, redness of the skin on the inner thighs, on the feet, erythema of the infected skin with some blisters, extreme dry skin on the extremities (otherwise soft, moisturized skin), which intensifies the itching, slight breathing difficulties (feeling of pressure on the chest), palpitations, mild diarrhea. Diagnosis: allergy. Treatment of allergic reaction: None necessary, under observation by family doctor. 1 week after discontinuation of the drug: itching better, skin reddening persistent, wheals all over, persistent erythema at the infected skin site. Conclusion: Systemic antiobiosis in skin infections is problematic in Allergy-prone persons. Better: Other treatments (homeopathic, surgical intervention)

    Clindamycin for Streptococcal infection

I took clindamycin MIP 600 mg 3×1 due to a streptococcal infection in the throat (smear +++) – after the first two tablets I had a strong bitter taste in my mouth – which was also with candies, etc. not to expel. In the course of the entire therapy I had to fight with diarrhea – but did not bother me. I also got Omniflora Kpsl from my doctor from the beginning of treatment. to. On the last day of treatment, a rash occurred – which spread to the entire body within 3 days (only my face was spared). Itching comes in bursts. Some red spots appear to be fading and look as if they have dried up – with flaky skin. – get prescribed antihistamine. Rash now in better shape – seems to fade.

    Clindamycin for Pain (acute)

Clindamycin had been prescribed for severe toothache to reduce inflammation before taking any further steps. After 7 days, I finally got on the 9th day everywhere on the body red pustules that itch terribly. Hopefully the cortisone lotion will help, otherwise I’ll pull off my skin. Stay away from the stuff !!

    Clindamycin for Bronchitis (acute)

The usual gastrointestinal problems and slight itching in the knees. From day five onwards, whenever you wanted to go to sleep, muscle pain in your thighs had to be described as pulling / cramping, always in the resting position. Ansonnsten really helped the medicine very well, and there was an improvement within three days. Now try to relieve the muscle pain with Diclofenac, because they are very uncomfortable, especially when you want to sleep.

I can only confirm what I’ve read in this forum so far. Two weeks after a back surgery, Schwerzen used the surgery. After another 12 days, inflammation was diagnosed, which (since I was in a clinic) was treated intravenously with clindamycin 600 3x daily. I tolerated these quite well – the side effects were limited to a changed taste, loss of appetite, slight itching on the thighs. Then I was switched to tablets (again 3 times daily Clindamycin 600) and discharged after another 3 days. On the fourth day (now at home), the side effects then slowly set in: permanent nausea. In the night of the 5th day sweats, tachycardia (over 100 / min) high blood pressure. Nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, shit outbreaks, tachycardia, anxiety, trembling all over, tampon on tongue, angular taste, itchy skin. The now called emergency doctor advised me to stop taking this medication immediately and to choose an alternative medicine the next day with my doctor. Driving a car is definitely not possible with this remedy, as must now run a taxi.

    Clindamycin for Dental treatment

Got this drug from the dentist and took it as prescribed every 8 hours. There were no problems, they are easy to swallow. On the 4th day after, I got a dark brown tongue and itching all over my body. Was at the family doctor, who also said that it comes from the drug. Today is the 9th day after discontinuation of the drug and my tongue is still a little brown, the itching decreased after taking an antiallergic.

In the guidelines for the treatment of acne inversa of the German Dermatological Society, the combination of the two antibiotics clindamycin (clindamycin hydrochloride) and rifoldin (active ingredient rifampicin) is recommended as a first-line drug therapy – over a period of 10-12 weeks. Breast pain, burning in the throat and the feeling that the air becomes scarce 24 hours after the first intake. GP made ECG, sent me to the emergency room, where the other ECGs and the heart enzymes were alright. Continuation of the medication. A day later bitter taste in the mouth and itching all over. Recurring tightness, chest pain and related problems to find sleep. Today, fifth day, because of a further increase in the itching, which wanders over the body, but is now also permanent in the face and has also caught the eyes, back to the doctor.
