    Type 1 Diabetes: As a supplement to insulin for insulin resistance and additional sports and diet. Initially significant improvement in blood sugar levels, reduced insulin requirements, weight loss. Side effects: at the beginning of taking stomach pain and nausea, dizziness. After 2 months, very severe hair loss, lessening the effect of metformin, no further weight loss. Finally discontinuation of metformin after 4 months.
