    Prednisolone for Idiopathic thrombocytopenic

Prednisolone and Decordin are easy to use, actually quite well tolerated. But you should definitely take a stomach remedy at the same time. The biggest side effect is certainly the full moon face and the weight gain, depending on how mg mg daily one must take. For Dexamethasone I must say I had a side effect, which had put a lot of strain on me – inflammation in all joints, so that I could no longer stretch my limbs / bend and had pain. Weight gain and the full moon face is the same as the prednisolone. In MabThera infusion (rituximab), I had mild mucosal inflammation in the mouth, mild inflamed scalp, mild overgrowth and fatigue. Especially during the first 4 sessions. Since I have these infusions (which always over 4 weeks and a week goes one) in the last 4 years, 3 times behind me, I can say that I had in subsequent sessions, these side effects were not so much.

    Prednisolone for Collagen defect

Due to the drug, unfortunately, I got the well-known full moon face in a short time, and gained a lot of weight. Whether it is extra weight or water retention, I can not say exactly, but I feel very uncomfortable in the form. In addition, I often had severe headaches at the beginning of treatment. Otherwise, the drug acts like doping, you are wide awake and can not sleep well. If the illness were not so painful, I would immediately give up the drug.

    Prednisolone for Thrombocytopenia

I’ve been on Prednisolone for almost a year. Dosage at the moment 5mg (starting with 100mg). The decisive point is thrombocytopenia. My high-dose experience: sleep disorder, restlessness, rapid heartbeat, cold sweating, steroid acne, typical moon face, mood swings with depression, and those annoying cravings. Since about 20mg: formation of glaucoma (glaucoma) and increase in intraocular pressure about one hour after taking the drug. Pain in the foot, knee, hip, shoulder and finger joints (gradually … beginning with the knees). Increased formation of darkening (acne) about 3cm tall. With 5mg: cravings, sleep disturbance, restlessness and depression, as well as pain in the joints continues to exist. There was also a very peculiar and very penetrating smell in the Axelhölen … not two minutes after washing, the smell was back. (presumably it is in connection with L-thyroxine 50mg). It is also an uncontrollable change between being awake and being extremely tired again. Think this is due to the shut down immune system. As far as my experience with the drug.

    Prednisolone for Morbus crohn

I started with 60mg for 10 days. The first side effects were fast, I gained 10 kilos, got a big belly and a big face. Joint pain, severe reflux, swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, loss of libido, and irritability set in during treatment. At 20mg the complaints started from the beginning, the dosage was increased again to 50mg. Since the cortisone seems to have a bad effect, it should now be an immunosuppressant. I’m a bit clueless now and do not know if that’s the right thing. The use of cortisone, however, should be treated with caution in any case.

    Prednisolone for Ulcerative colitis

strong weight gain (weight has more than doubled!). Full moon face, double chin, sweats, insomnia, nausea, heartburn, nervousness, joint pain (bones and tendons are porous). Muscle aches. Eye pain (pressure pain). Several teeth lost (are simply crumbled – not because of caries.) Dental implants are due to partly deficient bone substance not settable.Hair loss water retention of some 1-3 kilograms overnight! Depressed moods. Fortunately, I have found a doctor, which brings me out of the cortisone cerebral circulation.Cortisone should, based on my experience for my terms, not be taken for more than 1-2 years.

    Prednisolone for Morbus crohn

I now take cortisone and pantoprazole after my third bad episode occurred during my Crohn’s disease. I have had much worse relapses with hospitalization and fewer side effects, but since that episode, cortisone has hit my heart. Started with 40mg per day and am now after a long bleaching phase and many setbacks at 10mg. It looks as if the disease is contained, but the side effects are quite annoying: 1. strong moon face 2. depression (now has to take antidepressants additionally, had a strong basic sadness 3. no satiety and binge eating (+ 8kg) 4 Severe fatigue and listlessness 5. Concentration difficulties 6. Mood swings 7. Stomach problems (but pantoprazole, helps quite well) Finally, cortisone is the only drug that strikes me during a spurt and even if I hate the side effects and feel ugly + sad I am I realize that I prefer to live like that, with the strong MC pain.

    Prednisolone for Pain (acute)

I am 22 years old and have had Crohn’s Disease for about 2 years …. at first I got cortisone and immunosuppressants. Unfortunately, I got relapses for the first year and had to take cortisone in high doses as often as possible. I looked terrible too: full moon face, beard, red face. I also had severe bone pain. I eventually discontinued the immunosuppressant myself because it did not help me at all. At some point, cortisone did not help anymore. Then finally I got the Remicarde infusion ….. The first time I got it I was over a year push free! 🙂 Recently I got an infusion wieda. I am very excited about it. Even though I’m getting pretty tired of it ….. by all means I never take cortisone again

    Prednisolone for Ulcerative colitis

I had to take cortisone twice. Both times came side effects. Joint pain, nausea, sleep disturbances, tachycardia, sexual aversion, bad mood, pimples, ladybeard, soft, thin skin and after about 3 weeks the full moon face began to grow. It helps in the acute episode, 60-40 mg. When weaning complaints are stronger again.

    Prednisolone for Morbus crohn

prednisolone acis was prescribed for my crohn’s disease. It is one of those medications that you know have tremendous side effects, but you have to take them because you can not help it. When my crohn started three years ago, I had to take the drug for almost a year, up to the highest dose of 100 mg per day. overweight, full moon face, bulls neck, sweat attacks, hyperactivity, insomnia – all this has happened to me. after that it was slowly faded out. Now I take it back since yesterday days, because my chron has deteriorated rapidly and I can not stand it from pain. And lo and behold, an hour after taking the miracle happened, the intestinal rebellion came to a standstill, I cried with happiness, because this pain that drove me mad, subsided. I start to become human again. That’s why I accept all that there are side effects. until just a better, lasting solution for my illness is found and the pain of the drug humira, which has cost me almost three years of life quality because useless in my case, is over. Cortisone, like many other medicines that are just awesome, is important and good. the goal and purpose is that you can live reasonably well again, however. I am grateful that there is such a thing.

    Prednisolone for Pain (joint)

Initially, I got along very well with the drug, the pain also improved relatively quickly. However, after a certain time, the moon face began to develop (look like a hamster), not to mention the water belly, weight gain of 6kg, strong fatigue, not resilient, irritable, I was generally rather worse than better .. the Side effects really cut you off. tägl.20mg, sneak current out, I’m glad if the fucking is gone .. never again Prendnisolon ……… tachycardia (rest pulse partly 136) and high blood pressure, circulation problems not to mention. (am 16, unbelievable) ..
