Prednisolone for Sweat; Blurred vision; Pain (back)

Prednisolone did not help me at all. The strong back and abdominal pain did not make it easy for me to take it. In addition, there were depressions that lasted for a long time and greatly affected my work …

    Prednisolone for Ulcerative colitis

In March of this year, I found a left-sided CU. My iron supply was almost completely used up and my blood value was 5.8! Initially, I received 40 mg cortisone and 3 mg mesalazine (salofalk), iron tablets (ferro sanol) and a blood transfusion at the hospital. Later, vitamin supplements (ideos and calcium) were added to prevent osteoporosis. My doctor wanted to creep cortisone secretly, I would now (in August) actually at 2.5 mg, but have been a few weeks, unfortunately, a boost. Cortison helps in high doses … I’ve already got the mesalazine on suspicion a year ago, alone it only helped me two weeks back then. Unfortunately, my cortisone increased my weight significantly (from 58 to 75 kg!), Especially on my stomach, hips and thighs. Due to the fast weight gain, my skin is at o.g. Strongly torn. I also got a moon face. At first I had severe pain in the left half of my body, so I could hardly breathe and I was ALWAYS hungry !!! I got broom tears on my lower legs. Of the iron tablets in the morning is always bad and I get a belly and constipation. Tomorrow I have a doctor’s appointment, let’s see …

    Prednisolone for Lung infection

Prednisolone for carminative pneumonia. 1st week in the morning 40 mg, 2nd week 30 mg, 3rd week 20 mg, soon 10 mg, etc. Side effects include blurred vision, dizziness, high blood pressure, increased appetite, weight gain, gums hurts in places, tremors, sensory disturbances, mood swings, aggression, Forgetfulness, blurred vision, at night partial pressure on the chest, flatulence, lying awake at night for several hours, in the afternoon food cravings, water retention on the face, partial joint pain in the hips and knees. Why does not my doctor tell me about these side effects before ?! Especially about the risk of osteoporosis and that you should also take calcium?

Take the drug only for 3 weeks (expected duration 3 months after cessation). -Sleep disorders that I can not actually drive-dizziness and killer problems -burning and stomach ache (in the evening only increased, otherwise everything goes up) -Cramps in calves and hands -Breaks and constipation -Hair loss -extreme sleep disorders !!! (lie awake at night for several hours with increased pulse) which is funny, that I have no moon face and rather AB- than increasing!?!?!

    Prednisolone for Morbus crohn

I take z. Time 50mg prednisolone daily, since I until the time before taking under 10 – 15 painful / convulsive u. bleeding stools daily suffered. Before I took 9mg Budenofalk, which was no longer sufficient in its effect. The onset of prednisolone occurred as quickly as the side effects. Already on the second day of intake, my complaints were reduced to a little over half. After 5 days I felt much better. Unfortunately, the following side effects were also added: – Water retention (especially in the abdomen – and hip area) – Dry mouth – Insomnia – inner restlessness – Loss of appetite – Increased thirst – Flatulence – Bleeding / spotting (take the pill too)

    Prednisolone for Sarcoidosis

I have to undergo cortisone therapy for 7 months due to sarcoidosis. During this time, cortisone was gradually reduced from 80mg initially. The sarcoidosis has disappeared but there were quite a few side effects during this time. At first everything tasted of metal. By Wasseinlagerungen I took 18Kilo, which are now dismantled, however. Cortisone attacks the gastric mucosa resulting in heartburn, on the other hand, there were tablets that also helped. At first I always got calf cramps at night, whereas magnesium helped, besides, I could fall asleep badly and sweat a lot at night. The cortisone promotes fungal infections, in my case there was an infection in the mouth, in the genital area and in addition also hemorrhoids and flatulence. The most painful thing was the infection in my mouth, because I always had the feeling that I had to drink something. Fortunately, all of these side effects have disappeared towards the end of therapy. Towards the end of the therapy, I suddenly had a vision disorder. I got up in the morning and could not recognize the font on my phone which went without problems the previous evening. A check-up with the ophthalmologist said the eyesight is 100% there and nothing can be detected on the eye, but now you are far-sighted and need reading glasses. This is now 6 weeks ago my vision fluctuates strongly, sometimes I can see better and sometimes worse, I hope, of course, that still with the time is still. Conclusion: As good as it helps cortisone, it is a devil of all the side effects, even if most side effects are gone, I would prefer other therapies if there are any.

    Prednisolone for Asthma

I got this medication for a flu infection as an asthmatic. My doctor first asked me if I really wanted that, as I later realized not without reason. With the first intake, I turned into a numb zombie. I have been standing next to me, anxiety just before a nervous breakdown. I’m a guy like a tree 2 feet 130kg …… as much as I could have howled. See blurred, panic attacks, headache, tremendous high blood pressure (160-100), flatulence, diarrhea, stomach pain, 5kg in 12 days increased. Eye pressure. The drug should be banned.
