strong dizziness since Herceptin. Since taking Tamoxifen and Herceptin I have a headache, shivering, weight loss, currently. Nausea, strong physical tension just can not relax, high blood pressure, brittle fingernails. I started Tamoxifen at the end of August and now have Herceptin twice before me.

With the administration of the taxanes (three infusions), the infusion of Herceptin (18 doses of every three weeks) was also started. The side effects that have persisted without taxanes and Femara (after five months of continued use!) Include: tingling in the feet; the morning stiffness of the hands still occasionally, but a finger can no longer be moved properly; Arbitrary burning of the skin on approximately palm-sized areas on the legs; Forgetfulness; Lack of concentration; despite rapid fatigue, sleep and sleep disorders; listlessness; brittle, fast-breaking fingernails. Six weeks after the last dose of herceptin, the skin from the hairline inflamed almost into the groin, which was associated with intense itching and burning.

    Herceptin for Breast cancer

Suffering from breast cancer in May 2008, breast conserving surgery, then 6x chemo and 37x radiation. Everything over well. Chemo with side effects, but not as bad as always is told, irradiation without side effects. Herceptin every 3 weeks with fingernail fragility and tiredness as well as bone pain and mood swings, but everything is also bearable. Without this therapy we would be worse off. I can only say to all women, do not lose heart, then everything will be fine. \
