Ramipril for Depression; Cholesterol value increase; High blood pressure

I’ve been living pretty well with the drug group since taking it. Citalopram can cause dizziness in the first two weeks, otherwise I had no negative perceptions. I tolerate bisoprolol excellently. I was initially able to experience muscle pain when taking simvastatin. These, however, diminished after about a week. Ramipril just runs in parallel to bisoprolol. So far no side effects detected. By taking the medication, I have my blood pressure pretty well under control. Some peaks occur again and again. But nothing bad. The blood lipids are also better and my anxiety and panic attacks are very rare. Previously, without the use of citalopram, I was rushed to the hospital several times a year with a suspected heart attack. But then it was just a hyperventilating, caused by the fears.

    Side effects: Muscle aches; Dizziness

    Ramipril for High blood pressure

I had been prescribed ramipril because of my mild hypertension (140/90), as reported here before. Although the dose was quite low (2.5 mg in the morning) I had a lot of trouble with side effects. Dizziness, impaired consciousness, nausea were the worst side effects. I was hoping these problems will go away after a while, but unfortunately I still have problems. Although there are days, it is better, but then the side effects come again. Since I take Ramipril now about 3-4 months and it has not improved, my GP prescribed a beta-blocker for me. Today I have taken this for the first day and I hope it will be better and I tolerate this (bisoprolol) better ….

Ramipril for Cough; High blood pressure

Moin, moin during a hospital stay (pneumonia was suspected) I collapsed several times on the ward, where a blood pressure of 200/120 was detected. After the visit of my family doctor this phenomenon (I usually always had about 150/100) reappeared, he prescribed me Ramipril 5. From the beginning, only a 1/4 tablet, now 1/2 tablet, taken in the morning. The irritating cough occurs especially in warmer rooms and in the evening. As side effects I would like to describe so far: already slightly dizziness at kl. Efforts like shopping go; one has the feeling of being slowed down a bit; The feeling of constantly swollen sinuses and the ear canals (it does not crack when swallowing), I can describe. Against the irritating cough I take Paracodin N drops (Only in the evening). Everything is fine so far. My blood pressure is lt. Wrist meter z.Zt. at 130/85, the family doctor measures 150/100. Will continue to report, especially if it should come to Errektionsstörungen … Gruss, Georg

    Ramipril for High blood pressure

The blood pressure is now okay, but the side effects are intolerable. I am extremely weak and short of breath. Every now and then I feel good for half an hour or an hour, but that’s only for a short time, then it goes downhill again. There is also a slight nausea and dizziness, which increases when you get up. Overall, I feel most of the day as if my head were packed in cotton. In the course of the day, there are still sensations on the hands and feet, which luckily have always disappeared quite quickly. Writing this report is extremely difficult because I do not get the keys right. All in all a not very nice condition. I am voluntarily renouncing driving, which is supposed to mean something. How I should work like that is just a complete mystery to me.

    Ramipril for High blood pressure

Cough, pressure in the chest, malaise, poor eyesight, dizziness, these symptoms I have for 5 days. Cardiologist had prescribed candesartan basics 4mg for me !!! General practitioner has simply switched to Ramipril 2.5 mg !!! My family doctor has been extremely excited about how the cardiologist prescribes these tablets, one always starts with ramipril. She would not prescribe the tablets to me, then I would have to go to the cardiologist and get a prescription. At this time I did not understand all that. So I took Ramipril u. the others dropped off. Now I feel bad see above home I read on the Internet that the cardiologists’ tablets are 4-5 times more expensive than Ramipril

The urologist recommended tamsolosin hydrochloride to me. After taking 3 days, nausea, constipation, dizziness, itching as side effects, which go back according to urologists after about 3-4 weeks. Cardiac catheterization revealed strong atrial fibrillation, which the cardiologist attributed to this drug and replaced it with herbal medicine.

    Side effects: Constipation; Nausea; Dizziness

    Ramipril for High blood pressure

Was 3 weeks on cure during this time, the lower value of my blood pressure from 85 to 90 90 to 95 to 100 that’s why I gave the doctor Ramipril. My experiences with it were bad. It was not too effective until after about 3 hours after taking the blood pressure had dropped and only 90th It was bad for me until I came home. I felt completely impotent and I also had problems with intercourse – he dropped me off several times. The next day, depressive states set in. I was home and looked forward to it for a long time, the bad thing for me was that I was at home but did not feel at home. Everything was somehow muted.

    Ramipril for High blood pressure

Ramipril is effective, but it has over time led to no more intolerable side effects: dizziness, poor sensation in the arms, sleep disorders, dry mouth at night, weight gain; After significant skin changes on the head, back of the hand and lower legs – red spots, Lichtdermatosen, eczema – added that my dermatologist classified very questionable, but without significant success, I have in consultation with the family doctor for 4 weeks Ramipril by another antihypertensive replaced.

Have been prescribed after regular heart attack Ramipril for regular use (morning 1ne). Noticed dizziness and extremely low blood pressure after several days. After consultation with the doctor, I should only take half more. Effect was the same, extreme swelling. Have not taken the drug for 5 days, now I’m fine again.

First, I started with ramipril therapy with good initial success (regression of proteinuria). Initially, I had problems with the circulation because of the subsequent drop in blood pressure. After stagnant proteinuria Atacand was added. This was followed by another strong circulation problems. Meanwhile, I tolerate both well, proteinuria is now less than 1 g. Now and then I have some difficulty with fatigue and dizziness, but keeps within limits
