Allopurinol for High blood pressure; Hyperuricemia

As a result of the health care reform, at the beginning of the year I was given Nexium Omeprazole 20 instead of Belok-Zok Metoprolol Succinate-1A. As a result, the systole increased from about 130 to around 170 and higher. At the same time, another case of gastroscopy revealed Barrett’s syndrome. The doctor therefore discontinued metoprolol and increased Atacand to 16/12 and to Omneprazole 40. At the beginning of May, I had severe suffocation and panic attacks in the middle of the night, so I had to call the ambulance. Hospitalization with suspected heart attack. However, all investigations showed no findings. But the respiratory distress attacks and above all the terrible death anxiety starting with inner tremor remained. The doctors are helpless. Therefore I went back to the old proven combination of medicine Belok-Zok / Atacand 8/12 and Omneprazole 20 at my own expense. Since then, panic attacks and respiratory distress are improving steadily. I therefore suspect an interaction of double dose acatand and omneprazole. Does anyone have similar experiences, as the shaking (starting in the afternoon after taking Atacand) and occasional anxiety still persists.

    Allopurinol for Hyperuricemia

I took Allopurinol for about 7 weeks to lower the uric acid level. The goal was achieved even though I discontinued the drug prematurely. During the time of ingestion, I gained about 12 kg in weight. There were sleep disturbances, but they were not due to allopurinol (I suspect it’s because of terrorization through a youth gait). For sleep and anxiety disorders Solian was prescribed after about 6 weeks. On the 5th day, the sports showed signs of paralysis in the arms and shortness of breath. However, treatment was not required since the inevitable following resting state led to the termination of these side effects. The side effects of allopurinol are documented, but they did not occur without Solian. I therefore suspect that this is a synergy effect. Solian could not prove its effectiveness, so I rated it neutral. I have since discontinued both medications.
