Started with 40 mg and weekly reduced by 5mg. The eye pressure has risen again abruptly. So be sure to go to the ophthalmologist and check eye pressure. In addition, the lack of motivation and at the beginning of depresion comes to it.

    Prednisone for Inflammation

I take the drug for capsule inflammation in the shoulder. I started with 40mg. Already on the 2nd day, strong signs of depression became noticeable. With anxiety and panic attacks. Massive inner restlessness and irregular heartbeat. At first I had severe dizziness and massive vision problems. Slowly, I turn off the medication. Dizziness and blurred vision become better. The remaining symptoms unfortunately not yet. The pain in the shoulder is almost gone. But I would not take this medicine anymore. The leaflet also says caution should be used if you have had depression before. This was the case with me 3 years ago.

    Prednisone for Ulcerative colitis

So for me, the drug has no effects, at least not that it should. I just got incredibly ball round, 10 kg. increased. Full moon face, thick thighs and stomach, pain, nausea, rapid heartbeat, perspiration, headache, insomnia, depression (towards the end) etc … so nothing nice. Personally, I will refuse to take this medicine in the future. I was even worse than before. ^^
