Bystolic for High blood pressure
after a burnout diagnosis a few weeks later suddenly a deafening noise – doctor’s visit – rr 160/110 – great, before always low pressure. nebilet prescribed, and loud panic after only 3 blood pressure measurement by the doctor immediately started taking. Effect: immediate massive waste of the rr – if I had not reduced the dose to a quarter against the recommendation of the doctor, I would have collapsed. until getting used to, some weeks long: inner restlessness, water retention, cotton wool in the head, complete lethargy and can barely get up, but rr again top at 120/75. after having been living for ten months now, more or less like behind glass of milk – by feeling, no real joy, no sadness, etc., i will sneak out the drug. I want to be able to feel normal again and not always be muffled. For some it is certainly pleasant, for me no more. I have some fluctuations, every few months around the 160/95 or 100 – but I do not like to be in the mental state anymore. run sports again, and decrease – that is why the rr will probably settle down again – had previously through years of extraneous stress stress a dauercortisol bombardment of the body to digest. and that puts everything in the body closer, is a logical consequence. nebilet is really great for lowering blood pressure – but only if you survive the initial week-long adjustment phase – but now I think, you should not always shoot cannons on sparrows, and if the rr is some time higher, not immediately start with medication, but first try to bring about a lifestyle change.
