Lyrica for Stomach protection; Cervical thoracic lumbar spine syndrome

Since 3 months I take now Lyrica, initially 75 mg 1-0-1 which was increased to 150mg 1-0-1 within 9 days. The effectiveness against the pain is good, but I’m not completely pain free. The level is tolerable Since taking it I have gained 14 kilos. Although I do not eat more than usual, I gain weight. In addition, my body stores a lot of water, I have blackouts and can concentrate only a short time on a conversation. According to the leaflet, the body should get used to the effect, which my body does not. I am still overcome by sudden, unproven fatigue, and must lie down to sleep. There is no way around it. Without my stomach care drug omeprazole 20mg I would not be able to take Lyrica, without stomach cramps.

Lyrica for Cross section paralysis; Neuropathy

Because of unspeakable chronic neuropathic pain, I’ve already tried several pain medications. Currently I take Lyrica 150mg and Targin 20mg. There is still no complete freedom from pain, but the state of pain is no longer superficial in the consciousness. However, the side effects are significant. Although I am completely restrained with the food, I continuously take what I do not like, because my paraplegia, I have to pay very much attention to my weight; After all, you have to balance your whole weight with your arms, or the nursing service. In addition, I do not have the opportunity to do sports, which can contribute significantly to weight loss. Furthermore, I’m just tired and dazed, can hardly follow a conversation, because I lack the concentration. My left eye also suffers from the medication. I mostly see blurry and I feel like I’m getting small pinpricks in it. The permanent dry mouth and the itchy rash on the face should be mentioned. Actually, Lyrica should be increased even further, but that does not work with the many side effects, because apparently my body does not get used to the remedy. Let’s see what the doctors come up with next.

    Lyrica for Paresthesia

I should take the medicine for my tingling sensations in my arms and legs. I should slowly increase the dose to 150 mg tomorrow and in the evening. However, the side effects were so strong that in the morning I had severe mental and concentration disorders, which were not compatible with a normal everyday life. In the evening, I could have fallen asleep standing up after taking it. Besides, I could not drive the dosing machine. Apart from that I often had dizziness and a Stehunsicherheit. The tingling in the arms and legs has been partially exacerbated by the side effects of numbness and ants running. I then discontinued the drug after a change of doctor and the symptoms are declining.

    Lyrica for Sleep disorders; Depression

Hello my dears, after about a year of taking CYMBALTA against Depris, z.T. in combination with MIRTAZAPIN for insomnia, I also got sulpiride prescribed. The combination effect CYMBALTA / SULPIRID was just very good and has worn me nicely. Anyone who does not have enough Cymbalta should try the combo with SULPIRID. Due to the indispensable MIRTAZAPIN I unfortunately have to live with enormous weight gain. Recently (for about 6 weeks) I get additionally prescribed LYRICA, of which I must report rather negative. For one, I hardly feel a positive effect, on the other hand, the medi is very wrong. It increases my sleep disorders quite badly, leads to water retention in the legs (swelling) and the lungs (shortness of breath, shortness of breath). The concentration also worsens, sometimes with articulation disorders. In addition, there is rarely a tingling sensation on the skin, z.T. only on the extremities, z.T. also on the whole body, e.g. with a strong cough … (yes, I’m a smoker !!!) Will the medi therefore sneak out.

    Lyrica for Fibromyalgia

MST: The first 3 days after switching from Tilidine to MST, I was struggling with nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, loss of appetite, and the like – but these subsided after a few days. In the case of 150 mg of MST, daily trivialities remained, such as a sensitive stomach (too much sun or even very little alcohol, eg some eggnog on an ice = vomiting) and constipation. The much-discussed fatigue in taking morphine has settled rather than increased, which could have something to do with the fact that I have previously been on chron. Tiredness suffered. I am happy to accept these tiny ailments because MST (and similar drugs such as morphine ratiopharm) is the only remedy so far (after countless attempts with other medications and treatments), which at least for the most part (70-80%) depending on the form of the day), so that I can at least master my everyday life for a while. Somewhat impractical is sometimes the fact that one must take the sustained-release tablets after the clock, but even that guarantees only a seamless pain relief. After having missed / forgotten a pill a few times over the last few years, I have been reminded many times about how it feels without MST (and have appreciated it even more since then) – as the pain in In this case are unbearable, I can say little about the addictiveness – but you notice purely from the slowly rising pain level after about 1/2 hour that the tablet is missing. Diclo-Divido: Has shown absolutely no side effects for me – in contrast to the pure Dicolfenac, which is said to be harmful to the stomach as a result and also quickly caused nausea. Since the active ingredient in the Diclo-Divido capsules is combined with sodium pearls, the risk to the stomach here is much, much less. Although the capsules only work properly when I take them at the first sign of jaw pain, but so you learn to at least listen to your own body. Tetrazepam: I take for many years when needed when my muscles are cramping so much that I can not get up without screaming in pain, not getting an eye at night because everything is cramping or twitching. After about 1/2 – 1 hour, the effect occurs and makes me (at least personally – perhaps in combination with the morphine) tired, bleischwer, calm and skin completely gone , so that you can no longer feel the pain, because you sleep deeply, firmly and dreamless (almost comatose). In extreme situations, it is worth it in any case – however, the intake is dependent on your own course of the day – if you have work, driving a car, children’s hats or the like, you should choose a different remedy. Responsiveness, concentration, alertness, and exercise are so severely limited that you feel both rubbery and physically like rubber. In bad convulsions this condition appears pleasant, in everyday life very obstructive. I take one tablet per puff and a blistering 2-4 tablets a month and have rarely (at most once a year) found a rather strange side effect on me – in these rare cases it seems to me that the side effects described above are reversed. At the same time I am a little bit of a scare at the same time but at the same time completely euphoric and stoned – laugh a lot without reason and at the same time I am so clear that this behavior confuses and surprises me. Lyrica: About 3 years ago, a doctor had the idea to use morphine to relieve the daily pain of fibromyalgia with the help of Lyrica. The basic idea seemed good – gradually the morphine should be discontinued, Lyrica should be increased. So I skipped around 20% of the morphine dose and took Lyrica for it. Already after the first tablet, the side effects were fully increased. The pain did not improve – the lack of morphine was clearly noticeable, but I was constantly bad, I got blurred vision, could not hold myself straight and had the feeling to be packed in cotton – in the steps I still hinbekam I felt my feet were not on the ground, everything in me heard as from far away, I could only speak very slowly and with difficulty. Hoping that this condition would soon be over, I continued taking the medication, causing me to linger about 22 hours each day I was under Lyrica, jarring, anxious, sad, and shivering the rest of the time Pain was spent – until relatives called the doctor who had prescribed the remedy and I was able to resume it with their help. However, the described side effects slowly dissipated and were still felt about 3 days later. For me personally, Lyrica is therefore an absolute horror remedy and the Tats

Lyrica for Cervical thoracic lumbar spine syndrome

At first drowsiness, after three days severe jamming of the jaw and general irritability. The reading is difficult: lack of concentration, restlessness and unclear seeing the letters. I had to read paragraphs more often, because I was distracted by thoughts over and over again, could not focus on the content. There was also trembling of the hands during manual operations. Fine motor skills were greatly disturbed. Discarded after five days because the tension in the jaw, along with headache and irritability, was unbearable.

Attempted because of suspected spermatic cord neuralgia, which turned out, however, in retrospect as detected by inflammatory covert prostatitis, for the treatment of painkillers, of course, are initially out of place, even more those that lead to such DEPENDENCE as pregabalin (Lyrica): While taking 300 mg / d for months increasingly latent nausea, severe gastric emptying disorders for days and concentration disorders, massively blurred vision, depressive thoughts. During the jeezer long Ausschleichprozesses (8 weeks) violent and persistent withdrawal symptoms: Excessive violent (!) Pain in the pelvic area, which decreased only after weeks and sometimes came back, weakness, nausea attacks, generally gastrointestinal disturbances. Frequently insomnia, permanent drowsiness, at least almost always falling asleep and staying asleep with nightmares. Absetzerscheinungen violent in the first days after lowering the dose. Decreasing nausea, but still possible after weeks after last set off. Weaning rate averaged about 25 mg every 10 days. After complete discontinuation (now, as of 16.09., For three weeks) as severe withdrawal symptoms: insomnia, daytime drowsiness, permanent sleep and sleep disorders with nightmares, nausea and other gastrointestinal disorders (troubled nervous system). For days, violent gastric emptying disorders, however, no longer occur after complete discontinuation. As of 14.10 .: Still severe stomach problems with nausea, stomach ache, stomach pressure etc. So: Before getting something turned on, get better second opinions and avoid if possible.

M-beta belongs to the group morphine. Before being exposed to morphine, I had a number of other analgesics without any success. My blood levels were so miserable that no doctor knew what to do. Since I get along with morphine, my blood levels are also very good, so sometimes something positive. Unfortunately, other side effects such as: constipation, at first circulatory problems, loss of appetite …) are not enough, but I am clear today. Lyrica, I have against constantly, strong nerve tearing (100mg in the morning and 150mg in the evening). Now my constipation became a real problem for me. Circulatory / balance, vision problems and nausea were present. Memory disorders, decreasing attention, irritability, increased appetite (10kg in 10 months increased), loss of taste, dry mouth, abdominal distension, absolute listlessness and no desire for sex were also added. My liver value rose to 398 and should knowingly be no more than 40. Now we (doctor and I) wanted to let Lyrica run out within 3 days, which was far too fast. I got a heavy withdrawal. Very uncomfortable! Now we lower the dose within 14 days. I do not want to take Lyrica anymore because of the many side effects, which I have all received. I will then replace it with another medicine!

    Lyrica for Trigeminal neuralgia

When I took Lyrica for the first time, I was turned over after about half an hour (so cold sweaty, etc., but I did not completely lose consciousness). At first I thought maybe that was a bit much today and I reacted that way. Because I was the day before in two days five times with the dentist, because I thought that I have animal toothache. It started first in the lower jaw, then in the upper jaw, but after X-rays and everything down to the smallest corner was searched for tooth decay, I was then stunned in each tooth to see which tooth caused the pain. But as the anesthetic only made things worse and I was only crying in pain, I was then sent to the neurologist as an emergency. He then found that I have trigeminal neuralgia and prescribed Tilidine and Lyrica 75mg. Since I have ever taken Tilidin after an operation, I knew that I can tolerate this drug. The second day I had to take Lyrica, then all the incompatibilities began. Itching, double vision, the body trembled tremendously when walking, could not speak properly, my left side from the face swollen animal, lack of concentration and I slept a lot. Of course I drove to the hospital because I first had to deal with such a strange doctor, who had no idea, because he is actually a gynecologist. He definitely gave me an infusion of cortisone and an injection for the itch and was then referred to the neurologist from the hospital. The neurologist wrote me Tegretal 400 ret and since then I’m better off, I have only tingling in my nose and upper lip, but still better than the severe pain and side effects of the Lyrica. So I’m just 23 years old and the neurologist told me that Lyrica is just what older patients are. At the earliest from 40 years

Lyrica for Anxiety disorders; Sleep disorders; Fibromyalgia; Depression; Pain (chronic)

Great site, thanks to all diligent writers !! I have 10 kilos in just 3 months through the above medicine combo. My doctor says that especially the mirtazapine is to blame. I have a constant and extreme feeling of hunger. I notice dizziness especially in conversation with other people (my concentration is lame something, not so associative, slight speech and word disturbance, feel limited in my Verbalität). In white and bright rooms it gets dizzy and dizzy, I feel like standing next to me. My tolerance level has also dropped since taking it and I would almost describe myself as slightly aggressive, although by nature I’m more forgiving. In my first few weeks, I felt drugged, unable to attend or follow any serious conversations. My anxiety is now severely curtailed, where the fear was before is now a kind of restless calm – what actually contradicts, feel a bit hollow and stony, my emotions are not the same as before. I also have adventurous dreams, I’m talking in my sleep lately. Now to the positive effects: My sleep has improved, I can sleep through again, am also accordingly fit during the day. I do not ponder before going to bed, but can relax, my fear has severely limited. My pain is completely RESILIENT- which I had never dreamed of having 21 before. I think the latter alone is enough to hold on to Lyrica. I appreciate every painless day now. My drive has come back again.

Lyrica for A headache; Pain (chronic)

At first I had good results with Novalgin, then quite good results with Tramadol (Tramadolor), but the side effects: fatigue, nausea, total loss of appetite, gagging, vomiting, drying of the skin, total constipation. Since Tramadol no longer worked properly, I was prescribed Lyrica. First 150mg / day, then the double dose. The pain attenuation is good. Side effects, however, are tiredness, constipation, drowsiness, dizziness, metallic taste on the tongue, loss of libido, double vision, listlessness, flatulence, increased appetite and thus unwanted weight gain, concentration problems. The dose was further increased because within a short time the pain was back. By now I was at 450mg / day. The side effects partially sneaked out. The damping of the pain was very good. As side effects were striking: fatigue, but also sleep disorders (3 hours awake in bed at night), drowsiness (I sometimes feel like I had drunk beer), dizziness, double vision, lack of desire and listlessness, loss of appetite, appetite increase and thus weight gain (me have increased over 10kg), concentration disorders. After over 4 months of taking the drug discontinued – which cost gigantic overcoming and will – and after more than a year of abstinence from Lyrica are still some side effect is not completely gone.
