    Mirena for Sweat; Pain (acute)

The side effects came slowly. I noticed it just before the end of the wearing time. I had chest pain and got breathlessness in between. It felt like a heart attack. Heartburn was also added. It should come from the chest pain first. The shortness of breath was attributed to stress. Until I saw here on the net the complaints that other women had. I then went to my gynecologist. He said it could be that the hormones have subsided and the spiral must be changed. But I insisted that she be removed and I did not want a new one (that was in July, she had to leave in December anyway). He did that too. One day later my breathlessness disappeared. After a week my legs did not hurt so much anymore. I had problems getting up again when I got up. I always had to take a few steps to be able to walk without pain. The two varicose veins in the legs are almost invisible. They were very fat before. Then I remembered that last summer I had a phlebitis, which I now synonymous on the spiral push. I also talked to my gynecologist about it last year. The said it can not be that it comes from the spiral. Thankfully my gynecologist was not there on my last visit. It was only the representation. Conclusion: never again this spiral I feel like new since she is away.

    Mirena for Endometriosis; Pain (menstruation)

In November 2015, I had the Mirena babble on, as my gynecologist said to have discovered endometriosis. After more detailed explorations in the circle of acquaintances I learned that with the ultrasound this mucosal proliferation is not necessarily recognized. However, I had already used the coil at the time and had to fight after an allergic shock in the full-nose even with severe bleeding and abdominal pain. This was followed by spotting and strange labor-like pains until January. Also in other experience reports named breast pain and hair growth on the chin were added. The complaints were dismissed by my gynecologist but as abdominal pain, with which I was referred to the internist, but found nothing and also said that my complaints would sound like menstrual pain. In order to initiate the rule since the end of the spotting odyssey, I still got chaste tree, which changed nothing after two months on the condition. Oh yes, and a support pantyhose was also prescribed to me, as he would recommend such slender dainty women like me for the circulation. I found myself in some experience reports again and am appalled that behind this Mirena seems to be a big pharmacy business. This also resulted in research on application forms of the corpus luteum hormone. The constant stimulus on the cervix has more effects on other parts of the body than expected. In spite of fear of repeated anesthesia (to which I reacted so badly), I am thinking about having the spiral removed again and, as before, using the condom to prevent hormone-free. Maybe that’s why I react to the Mirena with severe abdominal pain, because I had little contact with other hormonal contraceptive methods in my 31 years of life and was careful with any medication before. As far as I read here, women were more likely to tolerate the Mirena, even if they had been taking the Pilla for years. I will continue to follow the topic and look for reviews.

I had the third Mirena spiral inserted in June 2010, as it was recommended to me by my doctor so. The onset was bearable, a little stomachache, little spotting. After a few weeks I was physically so bad that I googled my complaints. I came across this forum and I got a light on. So decided to the doctor with the desire to remove the spiral again. With my request, I fell on deaf ears, the Mirena was well tolerated, my complaints came from private stress and my physical work. The doctor talked me into the spiral (cost so much, I would have a bad conscience to you.) But if I really wanted it then I should come back. Okay, I thought, hasty decisions may not be good. By now it has become March 2011 and my various complaints have not improved. I count on what bothers me, what I feel worst first: Constant tiredness and listlessness (every activity is a torment, I have to get myself up to everything), constant exhaustion, almost every day tension or pain in the chest (lately with pain up to under the armpits), mild nausea, loss of libido, often headache, a dripping nose all year round (allergy tests were negative), pain in the groin with pulling up to the legs (heavy legs), numb hands, dry skin. Yesterday I was back at the doctor and I have the Mirena removed, she tried not even to persuade me again. By the way, everywhere you will find in this practice Mirena advertising, In the waiting room various brochures, in the hall, in the treatment room. A rogue of evil thinks …. Now I’m curious how I’m going in the next few weeks, I hope the veil of fatigue and pain is lifting!

For about 3 years I have or had the Mirena. For at least a year, I am desperate for many health problems. I thought until a few days ago I was a hypochondriac –_ – It started with chest pain and pressure on the chest and on. I immediately thought of heart because occasionally arrhythmias came to it. When that was then ruled out to the spine. There was nothing to worry about. Well it took then so .. but always had this fear. Worst of all was the feeling of not being able to breathe properly. Meanwhile, I have 7 kg increased, but no eating habits changed. I look totally bloated, have blemished skin, aching hands and can be irritated very quickly. Libido equal to zero, sweats, altered body odor, circulatory problems that I never had before collapse! By chance, I came across reviews on the net and recognized me immediately! Yesterday I let her go and immediately was my breathlessness and that sting away! Never again Mirena:

In total, 7 years. The insertion is always very painful, the removal can hardly be felt. Shortly after the second insertion my discomfort began. Since I only had spotting, I was surprised about the Suddenly I had severe pain in the breasts, mood swings and extremely dry skin and eyes! My gynecologist did not say that it could all come from the spiral, but told me, at my age (I’m 42 now !! ), hormone fluctuations are quite normal and advised me to take Agnus Castus (chaste tree). That also helped a little against the breast tenderness, but not with the other ailments. I’m so surprised at these reports since I’ve been around for years I just try it with homeopathic remedies. I am now sure that my other ailments, such as constant fatigue, stomach and bowel problems and despite my healthy diet, my weight gain comes from the spiral and I will not let me use any more !!!

negative side effects: – after use heavy bleeding about 2 weeks, later for half a year lubricating bleeding – beginning after about 3 weeks after onset blemishes on the stomach, strong itchy big pimples – disappeared after a few weeks – sometimes itching all over – Pain in the chest – made me transfer to mammography, because I thought I have something serious – severe anxiety, bad dreams – to the point of dread – panic attacks – terrible moodiness – purulent strange taste in the mouth, which came and went – severe pain in the right Area after about 1 year steadily getting worse – especially around the entry point – in urine sometimes severe pain, thought constantly I had a urinary tract infection – paralysis especially on the right side – got migraine – became much worse during Mirena time – less pleasure positive side effects : – Menstrual bleeding was very mild AFTER REMOVAL the Mirena: – immediate improvement of the right-sided pain – it turned out that the thread had wrapped somewhere – no more anxiety, no panic – in a better mood – all negative side effects were gone sooner or later I think that every woman this spiral different good or bad tolerates … I did not tolerate it unfortunately although I saw the type of contraception for very practical, but the side effects were then too much laborious. I was constantly afraid that these apparitions would remain.

Mirena for Aggressiveness; Cyst formation; Hurt; A headache

Hello, I have now let Mirena use a second time after the first 5 years. I always thought that since I somehow did not tolerate the pill after several years and that we had finished our wish to have two children, it was the best solution for me (us). But the more often I talk to my friends and I get to know myself on the web, the more I play with the idea of having this thing removed. Now to the side effects – I – for many years – not knowing that this could come from the Mirena – rumschleppe with me: I could not explain, where the constant restlessness, constant mood swings, the constant headache, the total loss, desire to feel sex, come here. I wrote it on the stress, two small children, work, household, etc., but they are but wish children, I like going to work for my life, my husband is the best I could wish for. When changing to the new Mirena but now constantly new side effects have occurred: I constantly have a pull in the chest (as if the milk einschießt), for some months I have abdominal discomfort, my gynecologist says, there are some cyst but no problems (in his opinion!), I constantly have the feeling that I am sitting on the bladder, so examined bladder, then came a bladder infection, antibiotics, then the symptoms were not better, so off to the urologist, super – cystoscopy (yes you do everything with), again nothing. In between, over and over again (as has been the case for years), sudden headaches, out of the blue, which then often last for hours. Somehow you already feel like a hypochondriac. When asked if perhaps the spiral would be to blame for all the misery, you only get sympathetic shaking of the head. The more I deal with it now, the more mature the idea of banishing Mirena from my body. Ingrid

    Mirena for Hypermenorrhoea

Today I have the Mirena removed and hope for improvement. I let them use 1.5 years ago, because I had with the copper spiral extremely heavy bleeding and these should stay away with the Mirena. The insertion was no more painful than with the copper spiral. Only then I was a little speechless … 3 weeks bleeding, 2 days without bleeding, then a week bleeding then not a week, then two weeks bleeding then a week not. I felt like … with the rule through the year 🙂 after half a year, she has left alone, as always, my gynecologist was baffled, because he had never experienced something like that. At the time, I was under treatment for panic attacks, palpitations, depressive moods, wherever that came from. The spiral was sterilized and replaced. Well, in the meantime, I have gained weight and have not gone back despite the gym (and I’m doing it right), I have not changed my eating habits into negative. I also did not get rid of the permanent bleeding. My chest was always sensitive and how inflated and did sometimes hurt properly (2 cup sizes more !!!) I also have back problems. As my physiotherapist said my lumbar vertebrae was a swelling and after Dorn-Preuß that was the area of the uterus, stood for me the decision .- out with the THING !!! Now let’s see if everything gets better again. Starting tomorrow, I will start a detox treatment. I think, either you are content with the hormone spiral top or you just can not stand the thing.

I let myself use the spiral 3 years ago, the gynecologist said she was better than any pill. After the onset of long lasting bleeding. After about 2 years, only once a year ne small spotting bleeding. But after 2.5 years, the abdominal pain was more, the Ärtzin always meant everything ok. The abdominal pain was always present except for a few days. Unfortunately, too. After almost 3 years, I was often sweaty at night, awake and got panic from the tachycardia. I was afraid to die, that’s how it happened. Everything is ok with the cardiologist. The tachycardia was getting worse and the panic attacks, anxiety became more, it dragged on for months, fatigue and irritability are the order of the day one is only weak and one is dizzy (CT in order) blood levels ok thyroid ok and the weight gain despite Eating under observation is inexplicable. Now it has been found out, it is the Mirena side effects that have now occurred. The spiral comes out now. My side effects in one sentence: palpitations & amp; Rhytmus Disorder (L-ECG), Dizziness, Fatigue, Irritated, Lower Abdomen & amp; Chest pain, weight gain, anxiety & amp; Panic attacks, sweating (circulatory problems)

Hello. I’m pretty shocked what I read like that. But somehow also relieved. I thought I was crazy. Have now my 3rd Mirena. October 2013 last exchange. I found the laying even though I was childless not too cruel. But it was not great either. I am 35 years old and wanted to reliably prevent 4 years for career reasons. So it was not OK to let the Mirena lay again. I have managed so well with the Mirena for the last 10 years. That was bomb. ONLY THAT NOW! In April I suddenly had complaints, nausea, howls, depression, sweating, sleeplessness, aggression, fatigue and at the same time restlessness and meanwhile I hate to visit somebody, water retention (up to 4kg), panic attacks, chest pain, migraine attacks etc. per month approx 25 days of pain with a huge, swollen hot bosom. Normally, I am active, facing others, very laid back, enterprising, physically fit. NIX out of the end. Was at the family doctor got a blood picture done. All values are great. Thyroid is also great … No need to worry. Then I am on gyn. Due to falls in the lungs, or rather slimy, bloody disgusting secretions, with back pain and abdominal pain. Conclusion. At the end of May, I was diagnosed with a cyst on the left ovary, but it was already dry. So died by itself. Estrogen excess – body thinks he was pregnant was the statement of the doctor – may happen again, but does not have – na primmmmmmmaaaaa – then breast examination. Two cysts discovered. For mammography but only for safety. Had to cancel 2 appointments, because I have only breast tensions and can not even say when they come and go. In the last two Mirenas I had a very reliable. Cycle. And never bleeding. Now in July I have the same symptoms again – I’m fed up. Tomorrow morning I have an appointment to move. I want to be myself again and not hormone controlled. I’m glad if this thing is finally out. Contraception must then somehow go differently – that settles already. Until October 13 I would have recommended Mirena to everyone and there are plenty of people who get along just fine. I thought also 10 years. It was also like that … but you change yourself too and at some point the body suddenly says NÖ! I started to hate this thing in me …….By the way, GV is not to think at all, because I have absolutely no desire. In the head sometimes, but that’s gone very quickly, because I feel completely stressed out of all this. In addition, since the last use little secretion still exists. So furztrocken … So from tomorrow a hormone-free life – jihaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa – I’m happy. Dorina
