    Ramipril for High blood pressure

A borderline blood pressure of 140 to 90. Coughing began, hoping to lower blood pressure. Suddenly after 4 months of severe coughing with glassy mucus lasting for days. Probably the cough sneezers still exacerbated this effect. Pain right and left in the back (lung tip) No more sleep possible, because the cough became the strongest at night. (Mucus collection). 7 hours of coughing – 1 hour of sleep. In the leaflet I then recognized the serious consequences, described there as ALLERGISCHE LUNGSENTZÜNDUNG. I took CALZIUM FRUBIASE AMPULLEN, (you used to be given allergies) the coughing with the glassy mucus disappeared! I discontinued the drug, (blood pressure with the drug had even increased in the meantime to 150-to 100 !!! (Before 140-90!). Not recommended for every person!

    Ramipril for High blood pressure

Paradoxically responded: My moderately elevated blood pressure rose paradoxically with each dose increase from 1/2 Ramipril 2.5 mg to 2 Ramipril 5 mg within a few months on ultimately 155/95! So therapy discontinuation. In addition, I got from Ramipril increasing, extreme and long-lasting chest tightness as in angina pectoris, which radiated very painfully into the back. Cooling helped to endure the pain and this cooling often solved some of the cramping. Other side effects from the first day: dizziness, uneven walking (walking on a waterbed), extremely jerky stomping, palpitations, drop in blood pressure below 100/60 with a heart rate of 55, especially at the beginning of treatment or at any dose increase. Always: Tags extreme fatigue and slackness with simultaneous restlessness, restlessness. Insomnia at night, several nightmares night after night, terrified with dread, then racing pulse, racing heart. After all, I was incapacitated for work, could think of nothing more than my heart, and after all the experimentation with Ramipril I wished never to have taken this drug. After discontinuation of the drug almost all side effects were already blown away the next day. Breathe. Breathe. Sleep. Finally. Try Hawthorn now.
