    Clarithromycin for Laryngitis

Already on the second day of taking a light sleep disorder and mild anxiety. In addition, I suffered in the evening under loss of appetite. The following day after the sixth tablet (250mg), the side effects increased greatly. Fear of the death of close relatives and the transfer of foreign suffering to themselves occurred. Add to that an always dry throat and massive sleep disturbances, which gives me the time to write this review. Tomorrow I will go to my doctor and discuss with him these side effects. In any case, I will not take the drug anymore.

Side effects: Anorexia; Anxiety states; Insomnia

    Clarithromycin for Pharyngitis

Clarithromycin only three days (2x a day) taken. Within a short amount of time, I got a lot of abdominal pain, a change in my sense of smell, anxiety and dizziness. I advise everyone from this drug! I’ve never had such symptoms before, so I assume it’s related to taking this drug. In addition, the symptoms slowly resolved after about four days.

Now take clarithromycin daily twice daily for 6 days. Already after two days I am back to the doctor full of fear I had an infarction. Thoracic tightness, flabby, malaise, anxiety, cold sweat. ECG was perfect. The symptoms of bronchitis only diminish slightly on the sixth day. But now I’m feeling sick again and the fear comes, it says in the leaflet only 2% complain, for example. about malaise? Now there is also loss of appetite and the stomach feels like I have eaten too much.

    Clarithromycin for Lung infection

Diagnosis: atypical lingual pneumonia Therapy: 14 days clarithromycin 500mg + ACC Hexal then 7 days Josalid 500mg + ACC Hexal thereafter 9 days Avelox 400mg (10 days therapy canceled on 9th day) Course: After the first week of therapy with clarithromycin there was an improvement However, the discomfort I still had purulent sputum. After the second week, an improvement in the radiograph was evident, but the purulent sputum, partially with traces of blood, persisted. After the third week (after 7 days Joslid) continue to shade in the radiograph and unchanged purulent ejection. After the fourth week (after 9 days Avelox) the purulent sputum remained unchanged. I did not consent to any further x-rays since I had already X-rayed four times at this time. From the fifth week and suspected serious side effects with Avelox, I discontinued the drug. Further treatment was with Symbicort forte. Effectiveness of Avelox: I can not give any information about that, as there was no improvement in the symptoms during the therapy. I doubt that in my particular case Avelox should have been prescribed. Suspected side effects with Avelox: The evening after taking Avelox for the first time, blurred vision, heart trouble, and noticeably increased heart rates occurred. On the second day I had visual disturbances, heart problems, high pulse rate and disturbances of balance, which made it impossible for me to walk upright. I lay down and continued to experience severe dizziness, headache and nausea (without vomiting). There were motor disturbances and articulation difficulties. Finally, I got extreme anxiety and racing heart. I spent the next 1-2 hours cowering on the floor until my condition returned to normal. However, it remained the next few days with a significantly reduced fine motor skills and phased headaches and heart problems. On the ninth day of taking Avelox, there was a spontaneous mortal fear and palpitations. The condition, which lasted about 3-4 hours, I overcame in crouching position. The next day, I changed the attending pulmonary specialist and, with his consent, stopped taking Avelox. Note on the ratings: The effectiveness and value for money were rated with 5 points, as the website of Sanego does not allow abstention. In fact, I can not judge whether a complete cure of the pneumonia has occurred and which drug may have caused it. Also for the price-performance ratio I can not give any information, since the medicines were taken over by the health insurance.

    Clarithromycin for Tonsillitis; Sinusitis

Efficacy with regard to tonsillitis good. Sinus complaints persist even further. Already on the second day, a fungal infection occurred despite the preventive use of lactic acid. Bitter taste in the mouth. Slight nausea delayed after taking, but disappears again. Today, irritation caused by mild anxiety, which I usually do not know about (only just realized that this was probably a side effect). All in all, therefore, I am not convinced by this drug and would not like to be prescribed.

    Clarithromycin for Cold; Sinusitis

for 5 days i only took the medication for 1.5 days. on the first day I did not take 2 x 2 tablets as prescribed but only one each. The next morning I took another for breakfast. In the course of the day a discomfort arose, so I did without the evening tablet. Going to sleep I noticed a lot of uneasiness and could not sleep at first. Two hours later, I woke up with panicacious and crazy heart rate and strong heart beating. arms and legs were cold and paralyzed, the kidneys hurt. I watched a fainting with mad fear. I thought I would face a heart attack and was afraid to fall asleep again. I sat half a night with 2 liters of tea on the couch and waited for an improvement. the side effects are not completely gone even after almost 24 hours. the heart still plows from time to time, but no longer with fainting-like symptoms. for me in any case a drug which I recommend.

    Clarithromycin for Lung infection

For a few days now, I’ve noticed that I’m getting incredibly sad and even crying on television more often without reason. Think that one should also classify it under anxiety. Should allegedly occur only very rarely! Get 500mg twice a day

    Side effects: Depressions; Anxiety states

    Clarithromycin for Angina tonsillaris

It started on the second day of intake (1 tablet each morning and evening), with diarrhea. On the fifth day I felt very upset, restless, a tingling in my whole body, cold sweats, anxiety and dizziness. It was cruel, dropped the tablets immediately. But the side effects are still not completely gone. The leaflet states that such symptoms as anxiety, VERY RARE (very rare: less than 1 in 10,000 people, including isolated cases). I was so unlucky! My dizziness as well as the tingling should appear according to the leaflet VERY RARE. Again bad luck! Can not recommend this medicine absolutely.
