    Cymbalta for Depression

Since I have been suffering from various anxiety disorders and more or less consequent depression for several years, I got prescribed by my doctor Cymbalta 30 mg. At first I had strong mood swings, loss of appetite, sleep problems, teeth grinding and a lot of restlessness. In the meantime, I switched to 60 mg. A few side effects, especially the agitation and gnashing of teeth, are still present. Nevertheless, a positive effect is also observed. The drug definitely boosts your drive. I am generally a little calmer and my fears have also receded. I will continue the treatment and wait for the full effect.

    Cymbalta for Depression

Very good drug, with severe withdrawal symptoms I had and wanted to try after another depressive episode an anti-depressant. Since other anti-depressants made me yawn a lot, my neurologist Cymbalta prescribed me, initially 30mg, later 60mg / day. The side effects were quite intense. Anafngs I had difficulty falling asleep and suffered from apptitlosigkeit (about 6-8 kg in the first few months, which was a nice side effect). In addition, the Orgamus retarded under Cymbalta very backwards (again something that I found quite good). Overall, I felt very energized, especially due to the noradrelin reuptake inhibitor of Cymbalta. But I always noticed when I forgot my Cymbalta in the morning, which showed very quickly withdrawal symptoms. Above all, a certain amount of noise in the perception (sounded as if you turn on the receiving part of a radio, and some noise increases and decreases again). Added to this was some dizziness. It surprised me and my therapist, how fast the side effects started, and therefore I always had some Cymbalta in my pocket, so that I could catch up quickly. Less than a week ago, I completely forgot to take it, and together with my therapist I decided to try it again without anti-depressants. That meant for me, completely settle. I decided against skipping, so I could get through the subject faster, but I would not advise anyone. But I thought I was emotionally stable enough not to fall into a new hole with the weaning. But I clearly underestimated the physical side effects. Since discontinuing the drug torment me since the withdrawal symptoms. My appetite has returned, so I have to pay close attention to my weight. Besides, the dizziness never disappears completely. Nausea adds to the difficulty, so I often like to lie down during the day. I also feel slightly dizzy all day long. Every now and then a wave runs through me like a small electric shock. After work, I lie down to bed quickly so as not to notice the nausea and dizziness. I was hoping to get through with 3 days of cold turkey with the side effects. Unfortunately, I was wrong. A week later, I still have strong side effects, but slowly but steadily decrease. Overall, I was very satisfied with Cymbalta. However long duration and intensity of withdrawal symptoms at drug withdrawal surprised me.

    Cymbalta for Neuralgia

I was prescribed Cymbalta 30 years ago because of a very painful neuralgia. Acted fast and excellent. Now the pain then clenched again. Dose increase to 60 mg. Extreme drowsiness, dizziness, gait insecurity, loss of appetite, weight loss. Can only hope that these complaints settle for acclimatization, otherwise ???? Additional 3×30 drops Novalgin.

    Cymbalta for Polyneuropathie

I received Cymbalta for polynaropatic symptoms in the legs (mild pain and poor feeling, insecure gait). Despite low doses, the symptoms of polyneuropathy had completely disappeared. I could easily walk and climb stairs again. However, I had no desire to do so, because I felt the need to sleep 15 hours a day. I was permanently tired, always shivering and unlike other reports, had no appetite. There were also sexual problems. Despite normal libido, getting an erection and an orgasm was difficult. The erection problem was often with patience still solvable, but it did not come to orgasm. The excitement increased to a degree and nothing more happened. After tapering the drug, all side effects disappeared immediately.

Cymbalta for Dissociative disturbance; Adh syndrome; Depression

Severe side effects in the first few days, such as nausea, vomiting, severe tremors and sweating, insomnia, lack of appetite, extreme hyperactivity Nausea and vomiting subsided after about a week, sleep disturbances and extreme hyperactivity persisted for about a month. The other side effects are still there, but weaker: occasional tremor when yawning, occasional sweating, but still lingering loss of appetite Effect: After about a month, the desired effect began. The drive is slightly increased, but not as much as originally desired. But the concentration on tasks that are done (eg nursing at school) is great.

Thereafter, this side effect has subsided, as long as I take the drug early in the morning (between 6 and 7 o’clock); if you take it later you fall asleep. – loss of appetite and weight loss (2kg) – heavy night sweats. Effect (positive): – significantly increased drive – less pronounced daytime fatigue; get by with fewer hours of sleep – increased concentration, less fragmentation, oral expression calmer and clearer

    Cymbalta for Anxiety disorders; Depression

In the first 4 weeks I got the medication from my specialist 30mg every 2 days, then every day 30mg and tolerated except a little diarrhea, tremors, intense dreams relatively well. We raised the dose to 60mg as the drug level in the blood was too low. Most severe side effects, extreme diarrhea, complete loss of appetite, stomach pain, insomnia, extreme increase in blood pressure, sweating, severe shaking, restlessness, chagrin, severe concentration difficulties. At a doctor’s visit, I had a blood pressure of 230/110 pulse 130, the dose was immediately reduced to 30mg and since then I am doing relatively well with the drug. My panic and anxiety attacks have improved a little, I feel more normal and balanced, so that I can resume my job after more than 6 months illness. Occasionally headache (if I forget a dose), as well as diarrhea (if taken on an empty stomach) and loss of appetite.

    Cymbalta for Depression

During the first month pack enormous sleep disorders, indigestion such as constipation, orgasm inability, no desire for sex, dizziness, earache, dry mouth, no appetite, but which may still be related to the depression. This has improved during the 2nd Month Pack, or no more problems. Except for insomnia, which has improved slightly. Try to take the drug at different times. But no change or improvement in sleep disorders. Eating habits normalized. Depression through the tablets virtually no longer exists. Can only recommend it. Avoid alcohol though.
