Paroxetine for Drive disorders; Borderline; Anxiety disorders; Social phobia; Depression

I take Trimipramine 100mg + Elontril 300mg + Paroxetine 20mg … Elontril and Paroxetine in the morning 9 o’clock and trimipramine in the evening 21 o’clock … With all 3 drugs in combination I get along better and better with my mental quirks; -) … Me sleeping well can concentrate much better on me, I’m better off having a bit more motivation, a much more stable mood and the phobias are weaker. I think that will of course be even better, especially paroxetine increases the effect even more …

    Paroxetine for Social phobia

Hello, for a year I am taking Paroxetine for panic disorder. The reason was a post-traumatic stress disorder with depression. I could not stay with people anymore and was absolutely impotent and sad. At that time she has prescribed my family doctor and said the effect occurs after about 3 weeks. That was also the case and I felt much better. My depression gradually disappeared and I was able to return to people and enjoy life. Today I can even work properly again. The side effects are not to be underestimated! I have gained more than 15 kilos and I have a lot of binge eating that was not the case in the past. I never ate sweets then because I had absolutely no appetite for sweets. Today I can not exist without Schoki in the house 🙂 The so-called electric shocks in the head made me initially very scared. Even in the emergency room where I could help because no physical causes were recognizable. Most come when I exceed the intake time or even forget. Then I feel like ausgek ….. and run around the whole day like counterfeit money. Almost as drunk. My libido had not diminished, but the orgasmic ability was limited at the beginning, which has now been regulated. Expressly I would like to warn against simultaneous alcohol consumption. One or two beers but then you lose the feeling of drinking which I did not have before. This resulted in total loss of control with increased aggression and deviance of the personality. That could then be very embarrassing and unpleasant, which is why I now give up on parties at increased consumption. Otherwise, I feel better and the side effects are bearable. Better than constantly feeling suffocated. My doctor now recommends me a psychotherapy and the tapering of the tablets. At the moment I take 20mg per day. How it develops I can not say. I hope that someday I can live without tablets. best regards

Paroxetine for Drive disorders; Social phobia

I suffered from lack of drive (no depression) for 25 years under social phobia. I have been taking Paroxetine for 3 months. The first 3 weeks there was fierce NW, but I did not give up. Week 3-5 still felt no effect, then after week 5 I had again for 2 days violent NW. I was extremely depressed. Went to the doctor wanted to sell the medi. The doctor told me that they do not and has made me courage. Then I continued to take paroxetine for 1 week and then the effect hit like a bomb. My drive had risen by 80-90%, the social phobia disappeared. Am now a different person, am very conversational, can prevail against anyone. A group therapy with about 40 hours had zero success. The only thing about NW is the sexual disorder, but that does not bother me at the moment. Will take the medi for at least 6 months.

    Paroxetine for Social phobia; Depression

Have in recent years already made very good experiences with paroxetine.have taken it then over 1 year. Now I’m back at the beginning, so the side effects are quite annoying at the beginning. But with the time (I think 2.3 weeks) that’s fine. Side effects with me (at the beginning): Muscle twitching, loss of appetite, stomach rumbling, dilated pupils, twists, insomnia, tremor, dizziness (reads worse than it is 🙂 Despite the side effects just beginning treatment with paroxetine, I can recommend this drug .Ideal for me, because it treats many illnesses at the same time. With the settling I did not have the problems that are always so described, good is probably different from person to person. I had alcohol at the time as a crutch to settle, of course net is so great.

    Paroxetine for Social phobia; Depression

Was turned on by the drug Paroxetine very much and could not fall asleep at all. My fears did not improve even after 3 months of use, my mood has improved a bit, but due to the unbelievable inner restlessness and chafing I had to stop the medication.

    Paroxetine for Social phobia; Depression

In hindsight, the effect was actually not as bad as I felt while taking it. I was heavily dazed, everything that happened around me was secondary, I was just happy about the silence, the thoughts gone away and the feelings no longer perceptible. This scared me a little while taking it and made me a lot harder in my everyday life. Duration of administration: 5 weeks Dosage: 1-0-0 (40mg) Side effects: Insomnia, tachycardia, nosebleeds and the unique, strange feeling of not being able to reach orgasm. I could scrape off as I wanted. : D

Paroxetine for Fatigue; Drive disorders; Social phobia; Depression

For some time now I take against my anxious (self-confusing) -disabling personality disorder (social phobia) Paroxetine 20 mg (from 1A-Pharma or Paroxate of Hexal, which come from the same press in Holzhausen, according to the pharmacist). The first effect was that all at once (after years) I felt like switching on the CD player again and dancing to the music. The mood was better, but problems were pushed aside rather than having the drive to solve them. As a first side effect, I noticed some inner unrest that made it hard for me to sit down and do more complicated tasks or just read something. On the advice of my girlfriend, I then got me in the pharmacy Reactine duo (antiallergic with pseudephedrine) and then had the need and no problems with simpler everyday tasks such as clean up and wash away (which I always had to force myself, although it goes fast) , I take the pseudephedrine only occasionally to avoid an addiction (smoking bothers me enough) and an increase in my already slightly raised blood pressure. My sleep has not improved. In addition, there was an unpleasant, cramp-like tingling sensation in the right leg, which does not really hurt, but is mean. I got to know the most unpleasant side effect when I visited my girlfriend (long distance relationship): my desire for sex was reduced, which is not really bad in itself, especially since I had a normal erection, but in the end I did not even notice that I had a ejaculation: The muscle contractions were missing, and my girlfriend felt just a leak, as if I were leaking. When petting we then realized that what is out there, is actually sperm, but also much less than normal.

Paroxetine for Drive disorders; Social phobia; Depression

Take paroxetine for about a year. It was prescribed by my psychiatrist because of mild depression, listlessness, future, and social anxiety. My first and only antidepressant. 20mg daily. The side effects came quickly. Stomach pain, heavy sweating, sexual disinterest, headache. After about 4 weeks, the effect began slowly. Social anxiety disappeared increasingly. Easy no-feeling. Almost all initial side effects disappeared after about 2 months. What remains is the loss of libido. I feel like it, but it can be very hard to orgasm. That frustrates me a lot. I also gained weight. Dreams changed a lot after 5 months. Very confused and still very real. In my opinion, I can sleep well. People who sleep next to me, however, claim that I have breath interruption and talk a lot during sleep. My personality has changed a lot. I am more open, no more anxious and active. I wanted to achieve that. Negative (for others) is that I am partly too open and fearless. Come over partially arrogant. The biggest side effect is that it does not bother me. The effect of paroxetine intensifies with me extremely, if I do not eat, take a lot of caffeine or alcohol. I am very active, almost high, fluttery. Besides, I want to do everything, but could forget everything without appointment reminders. A lot of structure helps me. Since paroxetine I have increased alcohol consumption and must be very careful in the area. Not recommended for addicted people.

My list of side effects is quite long. Almost all symptoms are and were rather mild in nature. I call them here in the ranking of the severity of the impairment: ongoing fatigue (coffee consumption increased, but no longer helped) Increased need for sleep (12 hrs daily) Flatulence flatulence Inflammation of the liver Visual impairment Feeling cold The worst were and are still the withdrawal symptoms: electrocution throughout Body, mainly from the neck starting from dizziness attacks sudden nausea headache general poor physical condition but: fatigue and increased sleep are gone and mentally I’m fine.

Paroxetine for Sleep disorders; Social phobia; Depression

The initial side effect of mirtazapine is fatigue and appetite increase. In addition, feelings of being dazed and standing next to one another can occur. These side effects are slow to creep (with me it was 7.5mg) good to handle. The effect occurs after about 2 weeks. The usual maintenance dois is 30-45mg. At the beginning of about 8 KG zugemommen, but it regulates at some point most of the time. It only worked well against the depression. Fears are only moderately alleviated. That’s why my psychiatrist prescribed me paroxetine. After 3 days I had to stop the treatment because of severe nausea, immobility, tremor, anxiety, drowsiness, loss of appetite, yawning and nausea. Furthermore, I have read in various reports that paroxetine causes significant withdrawal symptoms, which makes it impossible to stop in some cases.

Paroxetine for Psychosomatic disorder; Social phobia

I’ve been taking Paroxetine for 6 weeks now and I have to say I’m doing much better. Previously had a pretty bad phase which has been expressed by anxiety disorders with accompanying obsessive thoughts and psychosomatic symptoms such as diarrhea, general digestive problems, etc. This constant pondering on what could happen in certain situations and the physical discomfort has caused a moderate depression. Then I visited my psychiatrist, who prescribed me paroxetine. Had previously been prescribed sertraline, which did not work for me (except that I was dead tired) and was so skeptical about this drug. I must say the first two weeks of use were the HORROR! Had very bad thoughts of suicide, severe nausea (especially in the morning), loss of appetite, nocturnal nightmares, increased fears and came in the morning almost not out of bed. I was on the verge of putting the medicine off again as it was almost impossible for me to go to work. Since I had read in the instruction leaflet that in the first weeks everything can get worse, I reduced the dose in the second week of intake again from 20mg to 10mg (as in the first week) and hoped that the side effects would subside, what then also happened after about 2 weeks. From then on, I took 20mg again and I got better day by day. This constant pondering has greatly improved and social anxiety has also diminished (for example, in a seminar last week in a seminar it was easy to talk to the whole group). The psychosomatic problems have improved (no more diarrhea, no strange stomach sounds). It sets in a slight feeling of equality, which is positive for me, because I have always taken everything else very much to heart. In summary, I can say that this feeling of hopelessness had suddenly disappeared and I feel something like happiness again. Since I’m more of a skeptic about such meds, I never thought that something like paroxetine would have a positive effect. I am writing this post because I want to give hope to others who, like me, feel really bad a few weeks ago.
