    Neurontin for Rls

I suffer from a very serious RLS. The dose of Neupro is very high and is 16mg / day. Since I have been suffering from RLS for 20 years, the symptoms have changed. Now I suffer the most in the morning under RLS. I feel better after taking my drops. I think I have to reduce the dose of Neupro. At Neupro, however, I am free of stomach problems or other side effects. For other dopamine agonists, I had to change the treatment because of side effects like cardiac fibrosis or hypotonic bladder.

    Side effects: No side effects

    Neurontin for Rls

I have a very serious idiopathic restless leg syndrome. At first I was not treated at all, then I was hospitalized with wrong or even antagonistic medication until I myself, because I knew what I was suffering, visited a restless legs ambulance far away from my place of residence and was treated there successfully. Since my illness is so bad, I got a combination therapy with the ergolinen dopamine agonist Cabaseril, which I had to discontinue after three years, because of the occurrence of cardiac fibrosis. Afterwards a non-ergoline dopamine agonist was searched for, from Requip to Sifrol and finally to Neupro 8mg 2Pflaster a day. I feel no effect. The patch has no side effects. When I take Dolzam (= Tramal) together with Rivotril I am slowly sneaking away and Neurontin 400mg is doing much better. Cabaseril was better than Neupro, but it had life-threatening side effects, so I can not take it anymore.

    Side effects: No side effects

Sifrol has no serious side effects. Other dopamine agonists, such as cabaseril, which has a much better effect, can cause heart or lung fibrosis. Otherwise, the drugs are without side effects.
