    Clarithromycin for Pharyngitis

No side effects on the first day. On the second day of depression and bad sleep. I considered this to be illness-related complaints. Day 3: Nightmares, repeated awakening after 30-60 minutes, insomnia from 2 o’clock at night to the morning. Nervousness, cold sweat, moodiness, slight anxiety. The treating doctor then discontinued the medication. Clarythromycin is well tolerated by the vast majority of patients. Nevertheless, you should always, with any medication, visit his doctor in the event of side effects and do not change or discontinue the medication on their own initiative.

    Clarithromycin for Pharyngitis; Bronchitis (acute)

Since I have a penicillin intolerance, I got clarithromycin for my pharyngitis and bronchitis. Nocturnal sleep problems began on the evening of the first intake. In addition, it reduced the sore throat a bit, but I got a dry cough, which additionally tormented me mainly at night and kept awake. Food tasted no more, was somehow a different taste. On the 3rd day (today) of the intake I suddenly got out of the blue strong abdominal cramps, diarrhea and fainting fits. At the doctor’s visit was suspected that I have an incompatibility here, the drug must stop immediately. Now I torture myself with hourly coming and going abdominal cramps and hope that the drug is mostly broken down after this night. Oh yes, the irritant cough and my sore throat and difficulty swallowing are back. It does not help against what it should help against.

    Clarithromycin for Pharyngitis

Clarithromycin only three days (2x a day) taken. Within a short amount of time, I got a lot of abdominal pain, a change in my sense of smell, anxiety and dizziness. I advise everyone from this drug! I’ve never had such symptoms before, so I assume it’s related to taking this drug. In addition, the symptoms slowly resolved after about four days.

    Clarithromycin for Difficulties swallowing; Pharyngitis

After 3 days the neck was better, but the side effects ruined one. So I had in my big toe a gout attack of hitherto unimagined extent! and on the leg, the joints were inflamed and thick (knees on both sides, foot ankle on both sides, large toe ground joint with gout) and the leg was hot. Below the left eye, the connective tissue turned red and itched to 39 degrees with simultaneous continuous increase in body temperature. Sleeping was 2 nights not to think! The side effects are often indicated in the leaflet with !!! Who gives the approval for the approval of a small drug – or better asked, to whom the farma industry has pocketed the bags !!!

    Side effects: Itching; Insomnia
