Anafranil for Obsessive compulsive disorder; Depression

At the age of 14-16 I took anafranil in high doses as part of a therapeutic treatment. The side effects included difficulty concentrating, depression, severe hair loss, weight loss, fatigue and blockage of the normal thinking process. After discontinuation of the drug first successes of the therapy were visible. Not recommended.

Anafranil for Obsessive compulsive disorder; Depression

At the beginning of treatment with Anafranil, there were initial difficulties, I was on the drug in the clinic set and since I had a panic disorder, was started with 25 mg. The first day was a catastrophe, high blood pressure fluctuations, tachycardia, tremors, circulatory problems, nightmares, drowsiness and cognitive disorders. The next day it got much better, on the 5th day the first increase to 50 mg, again I reacted so strongly to the drug, because the side effects were much better the following day, that was also acceptable. Some time later, I was retarded at 150 mg and the further increases were less problematic. I have been taking the medication for some time now, the constant tachycardia, heavy sweats, hot flashes and dry mouth died after a week. With the blood pressure / circulatory problems, I have to live well, as well as with occasional shaky hands, increased sweating, slight mood swings and constipation. Anafranil helps a lot, I can only recommend this medicine! Because of the depression I could not do anything anymore, I could not eat, just sleep and I did not get any clear until the evening, plus the bad panic attacks and the constant fear. Since I live now like with these relatively harmless side effects. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder was also successfully treated with Anafranil 15 years ago. I still have a slight control compulsion, but I have a good grip.

    Anafranil for Obsessive compulsive disorder

strong sweating in the smallest activity, no orgasm, for the first time no ejaculation years ago only Anafranil, because the side effects were not so pronounced. Now much stronger in combination. Furthermore: falling fingers and occasional foot toe, elevated diastolic value (around 100) in blood pressure, weight gain (10 kg).
