There is an alternative – no side effects, and it helps permanently and costs nothing. (only a little time, maybe 20 min per day) I had the typical symptoms 2 years ago, but I’m not a doctor, but I’ve looked around the internet, encountered stretching exercises there – and they’ve got the symptoms disappeared within 2 weeks leave, permanently, as I said. So you have to stretch the calf muscles by leaning against a wall or over a railing (that’s how I did it) while stretching the foot to the back, the sole of the foot on the floor, so that the calf is stretched. This may quietly pull something (or even must …) Do this for 10-15 seconds each with the affected foot, then the other (for prophylaxis – and to treat the sad foot a little rest) This 2 times 10 min , Exercise during the day and after 2 weeks you are free of complaints! Try out! ps. could already help a few colleagues and acquaintances with this info – and apparently some Othopäden have the now also in the program …
