Diovan for Heart rhythm disturbances; High blood pressure

The Sedacoron 200mg works well and I tolerate it well.Diovan I initially only took in the morning, but has not significantly reduced the high blood pressure. Now I take according to medical advice in the evening a tablet for 3 weeks, but the effect was so far poor, Probably, the intake of 2 tablets is still too short to assess. Cypralex I take quite a long time, has worked, but not so as I imagined with a tablet in the morning., I also take in the afternoon 1 Anafranil for a week, on the effect, I can not say anything, well, the time is still too short. With Anafranil is falling asleep while sitting for lunch past. At night I have difficulty falling asleep, when getting up in the morning I feel dizzy and feel cut off with doom and gloom. The afternoon is the opposite, I feel much better! Who has had similar experiences,?

    Side effects: Fatigue; Dizziness

Amiodarone 14 days before ablation and since (previous cardioversion unsuccessful) Amiodarone significantly reduces the need for Marcumar (instead of 5 1/2 now 3 1/2 tablets) Side effects Amiodarone for me: drop in blood pressure (therefore Digitoxin and Diovan were omitted), pulse rate significantly reduced, fatigue, lack of drive, slight feeling of nausea, feeling of fullness (therefore not increased), vivid dreams, rarely nightmares Effect: spontaneous return to the sinus rhythm for hours with increase in pulse and blood pressure 2. Ablation planned
