    Azithromycin for Flu; Bronchitis (acute)

Have the antibiotic wg. Flu symptoms and bronchitis preserved. Already a short time after taking the first pill, stomach rumbling, strong palpitations, a slight heart piercing and nausea turned up. This nausea haunted me all day and the following days. At night I had the feeling that I had a heart that was twice as big. The strong palpitations disturbed the urgently needed night’s sleep. Luckily, I did not have to resort to antibiotics that often. But I have never had such side effects as this drug. In retrospect, I should have cured the flu so. That would be probably. been better for the body.

    Azithromycin for Flu

I was prescribed azithromycin (3 days) along with cough syrup, Mexalen (acetaminophen) and tyrothricin lozenges for a fever-ridden influenza infection. I tolerated all medications well, after 2 days the fever was gone, the cough got better. I finished the Azithromycin, I left Mexalen away, I only took Tyrothricin sporadically, when I had to cough a lot. On the 4th day of therapy (the last dose of azithromycin was now one day back) I developed a rash on the back and both arms, as well as the front of the thighs. The rash was getting worse, An antihistamine drug from the pharmacy (Clarityn) helped very well, the rash disappeared after a short time completely. But the next day he was back in the morning, more pronounced in feeling than before. The daily dose Clarityn was able to restrain him reasonably well, but in the afternoon the rash came again, and after a re-taking of the antihistamine, he did not disappear completely. The doctor suspects an allergic reaction to azithromycin, now I’m at home and the rash has continued to worsen. I will never take the medicine again

    Side effects: Itching rash

    Azithromycin for Flu; To cough

I woke up on Christmas day with body aches, boomyis and coughing. I went to the ambulance in the morning and prescribed Azithromycin 500mg. When I asked if they were viruses or bacteria, he said that viruses often put bacteria on them and that prevents the medication and it works for 8 days. After taking it I also got some stomach upset after some time. But I noticed that the bronchi were more mucus-free. The next morning I was free of fever and the virus seemed defeated. After lunch I took the 2nd tablet. In the evening came the cough and I went to bed early. So woke up early with some stomach cramps. In the morning I had a bit of dizziness. If the drug persists for 8 days, the question is whether the side effects are doubled and tripled at every dose?

    Side effects: Stomach complaints
