Fluoxetine for Mood swings; Eating disorder

In the beginning I was accidentally overdosed (60 mg) and had an extreme tremor in my right hand. I was not able to keep my cutlery normal or draw anything – I was shaking so hard. I was dosed down to 40 mg. The tremor stopped and except that I was drunk faster under the influence of alcohol (1 glass of champagne was already too much), I took about 40 kg within a year. Although my doctors told me in advance that they would rather lose weight. However, I also stopped smoking – which certainly had an impact on the extreme weight gain. Fluoxetine did not leave any side effects, except maybe that sometimes I’m very tired. My mood swings and depressions have stopped and I have become a lot less emotion. I do not cry anymore and I am calmer and more balanced. My always well-balanced mood and inner balance make my life a lot easier – even in some hopeless situations I can stay cool and relaxed thanks to the drug – and thus better handle the things that have cost me quite a lot of nerves in the past. However, the desire for sex was completely lost and although I live in a relationship, I can do without sex well because I do not miss it at all. (Much to the chagrin of my partner ..) I would like to lose weight again, but I do not dare to discontinue or exchange the drug because my fear predominates to slip back into severe depression or permanent mood swings.

Fluoxetine for Eating disorder; Anxiety disorders; Depression

Fluoxetine was okay in the first week. Then extremely sweats, nausea with vomiting, headache, total loss after sexual activity. Now I take Cipramil for 2 days and it starts all over again. So far headache, severe dizziness with nausea, nighttime extreme panic attacks. Strong tiredness. Let’s wait 🙁

Fluoxetine for Eating disorder; Drive disorders; Depression

Fluoxetine / Prozac: I have taken this drug intermittently for several years, between 0 and 60mg. Against fears and obsessions it helps very well, on the whole it makes me more stable and emotionless, which I do not feel as negative. To test the effect, I have taken up to 60mg, but I was still driveless, if satisfied. At the beginning, I lost my appetite, but that soon disappeared. Overall, it slows down my metabolism (I think), I’m increasing faster. (Compared to other depressants but not bad). Fluoxetine reduces the sexual desire, but at low dose this settles down to some extent. Other side effects during the first two weeks were abdominal pain, headache, hair loss. The good thing about Fluoxetine is the high half-life of the drug, it stays in the body for a long time and it’s not that bad if you forget to take it. Also, it can be easier to slink it. !! This drug is dangerous in connection with alcohol. Alcohol and fluoxetine reinforce each other and so I am euphoric and completely detached by alcohol but also incredibly fast drunk which can change very quickly quite quickly. Also, the initial side effects have again shown very clearly. Too much alcohol means for the next day: anxiety, confusion, Depersonalisierungsgefühle, hair loss etc … Alcohol should not actually drink during treatment, in moderation, but my doctor has granted me, however, this measure with Fluoxetine is very very very low . !! Solvex / Reboxetine: Drive boosting! Although medications work differently for each one of them, I take at most a quarter of my 4mg tablet (and not every day) as it is extremely effective. I am much more structured, able to concentrate better and less hungry. I suddenly manage to keep my apartment clean and tidy; D strangely, I am also strangely better at my reflection (usually having a totally distorted self-perception) and greater sexual desire. Too much of the drug (and that’s already 2mg for me!) And side effects right at the beginning of the treatment: aggression, irritability, confusion, palpitations, pimples, sleep disorders (constant awakening, waking too early …)
