Metformin for Depression
My mood is more balanced overall with the Abilify and the other medications in combination. I only cry very little and stay calm in all situations. The quality of my sleep at night is also improved. In conclusion; it helps and stabilizes me enough to finally be able to shape my normal everyday life. However, there are side effects that are unfortunately not always so pleasant for me.
Side effects: Unrest; Muscle aches; Fatigue
Metformin for Depression; Diabetes mellitus type ii
Cipralex: The first two weeks no side effect (slowly increased), but quickly felt better (inwardly stable and robust). Ok, some constipation and abdominal twitching, v.a. at night. In the third week now more often nausea, v.a. at night (take a tablet of 10 mg in the morning!) and tonight even a circulatory collapse with extreeeemer nausea and very high body temperature. Strong pain in feet and hands. In addition, dizziness, not good at driving … Have really only little appetite. Metformin: increased slowly: In addition to flatulence (for months) no side effects, but depends on nutrition: If you eat low-fat and meatless, you can tolerate it very well. Always start small and slowly increase the dose. Effect: at the beginning clearly (more energy), meanwhile again very tired and thirsty all the time. You also have to follow the sugar-free diet, otherwise it will not work. Aspirin100: Wow! No more headaches every day, almost no more regular pain !! Incredible!! Great!
Side effects: Appetite loss; Constipation; Dizziness; Fatigue; Flatulence; Nausea
