Ritalin for Concentration disorders
As part of my psychotherapy, I realized that even as a child I was not able to concentrate very well or that I was concentrating on the wrong things and was constantly nervous, which had a negative effect on my personality. I drank a lot of coffee and smoked a lot of cigarettes and always felt some restlessness. For a while I also consumed cannabis, because then only after taking this drug, a certain peace and contentment spread in me. I was only detected a concentration disorder and a disturbance of the working memory. Since the neurologists were initially at a loss as far as my diagnosis is concerned (adults show AD (H) S unlike children), with the agreement of my neurologist I agreed to take Ritalin on a trial basis (that is, I have to pay this drug myself) It was like a wonder. I could concentrate, stay focused, and I finally felt that I could do the things I started. Unfortunately I can not take it for financial reasons at the moment; and I hope I can do it together with the neurologists, that the cashier will take over with me. Of all the medications I have taken so far (mostly antidepressants), it had the least side effects. It did not change my appetite, my libido or my sleeping habits and I tolerated it with alcohol. It does not work too long (4-5 hours if I work hard), and that makes it easy to dose. At most take care not to take it on an empty stomach, preferably with water and after eating (in my case it even stimulated digestion, in my opinion because of the hydrochloric acid that forms when the body absorbs it), and you should not drink coffee shortly before or after ingestion because it will cancel out the effect.
