Our son received Cefaclor at 7 months for 10 days (streptococcal angina) and 4 weeks later a second time for a severe otitis media. 36 hours after taking the last (!) First red spots, similar to mosquito bites on ears and chin and neck, then leg worsening, after 20 hours moderate uticaria and edema in the face, hands and feet. Treatment with Fenistil. Further deterioration, after another 20 hours very strong Utikaria, face completely killed, 40 degrees fever, severe edema. Treatment with Cortisolzäpfchen. A total of 2 weeks treatment with Fenistil necessary, rash after skin irritation (eye rubbing, scratching), only after 3 weeks no more rash.
