    Amitriptyline for A headache

I now take almost 1.5 years these tablets had absolutely no side effects. But now when I wake up in the morning I’m sweaty wet. But also have very high psychological stress. My body also stores tons of water. I also have two heart defects so I can not rule out that the sweats can come from the heart. Now have a medical marathon in front of me to check everything exactly where that comes from water. Actually, I am satisfied with amitriptyline and had no side effects. I took oxycodone as well and morphine that was a hell of a tripple. Then I made a withdrawal from all the garbage. That was once through hell and back. But since then I am much better.

    Amitriptyline for A headache; Depression

I took the amitriptyline for about 1 month. I switched from sertraline to amitriptyline. I am very tired at 50 mg and not really awake, in the morning I should take then 25 mg = 75 mg / day. If you already drive weakness has, it is difficult to get fit and become and stay. Now we try in the evening 50 mg amitriptyline retard and in the morning 50 mg sertraline. Sertraline is more drive-promoting. Promethazine I should take only when needed, but this is not necessary because I am sleeping very well from the amitriptyline. The promethazine has left in the effect and should have been steadily increased in order not to lose the effect , So I feel that. Unfortunately, I have increased from the meds and do not dare to drive a car anymore. Since the amitriptyline still does not help as it should, now the sustained release of it has been prescribed, which slows the release of the drug to the body. But about it I do not really notice anything and will definitely get another medication soon and can almost open a pharmacy and if that helps, the constant change of medis is also not good for the body. Concomitant symptoms of the drug amitriptyline: hearing voices, fatigue / impotence, weight gain, furry taste in the mouth, not driving with the car, pain, nausea, vomiting, digestive problems 24.11.09: that does not stop with the vomiting and diarrhea, headaches are not synonymous away.I probably can not tolerate amytriptilin. Let’s see what the Institute Outpatient Center is doing now. I’ll probably get another drug, duloxetine or again sertraline with promethazine and back to the neurologist for the headache. The question I’m asking now is the transition from amytriptiline to duloxetine if that’s so easy? Will also let my liver values check. Come before me, like a guinea pig. 2.12.09: From tomorrow I start with the Cymbalta (active substance duloxetine) 30 mg in the morning, instead of sertraline and amytriptiline. Promethazine for the night.

Amitriptyline for A headache; Pain (chronic)

I have been taking amitriptyline for chronic tension-type headache for about 2 months now. At this time, I first took 12.5 mg, then was increased to 25 mg for about a week. Side effects included only numbness in the mouth shortly after ingestion, increased sweating and loss of satiety. The latter, however, is so annoying to me that I will probably discontinue the drug soon, especially since so far no success has been achieved.

    Amitriptyline for A headache

I take the medication for daily head, back and neck pain. Painkillers did not work anymore. I started with 2 drops and am now 20 years old. Finally I can fall asleep in the evening and sleep in about 6 hours. The head, back and neck pain has fallen sharply. I am even free of pain on a daily basis. On pain days I can bear the headache and am able to work. After taking Amitriptyline I feel dry mouth and an unpleasant taste on the tongue. However, these symptoms do not last long and I can live with it well. I have difficulty with weight gain, which is extreme. But I prefer a few pounds heavier than daily with KOpfschmerzen to live.

    Amitriptyline for A headache

Hello, I have been taking amitriptyline for 3 months now. Side effects: – Dry mouth – Fatigue throughout the day – Slight weakness (when you leave after a few hours) – Strong appetite – Heartburn Despite these side effects, I can only recommend the drug. It helped a lot to get rid of my winter depression. Despite the very strong appetite and greatly increased food, no weight gain is observed. It may also be due to my sport (triathlon), but the other side effects are negligible. Have / had tension headaches, but have completely gone after taking the drug for 2 weeks hab.

Amitriptyline for A headache; Sleep disorders

I have been taking Elontril 150 mg, fluanxole, amitriptiline for 8 days now. Have previously taken paroxetine, since I suffer from the age of 18 years of depression. I was fine with that, but I had very strong diarrhea and a loss of libido! Now I have no more diarrhea, but a lot of other side effects, and I push this on Elontril: dry mouth, sleep problems, dizziness, drowsiness (depersonalization), head pressure, pressure in the chest …! My mood is good, but the side effects kill me! My question: do the side effects stop after a few days? Should I hold out or prefer to sell? Thank you for the answer!

    Amitriptyline for A headache

Heavier headache than before, extreme rash, nausea, dizziness, insomnia, irritability. I have noticed the side effects of the drug, in itself it did not work. Had to stop the intake after a good 3 weeks, because the side effects got worse and worse.

Always: Extreme (!) Suicidal Thoughts 7. Always: Increased headache (I am 100% sure that the symptoms described above are related to discontinuing the medication.) I am at the beginning of the medication after two weeks out of desperation, relapsing into my original dosage, within a few hours the symptoms were completely gone g) as if they had never been there.) Note: The amount of amitriptyline I took was comparatively very low (50 mg)!

Amitriptyline for Nerve damage; Morbus sudeck; A headache; Pain (acute)

Hello! After taking Amitripylin – neuraxpharm 40mg in the first days 15 drops before going to bed, after 3 days almost symptom free. Suffering from conditional surgery since I was 14 years old. By reaching the age of 44 I had no desire to live. Only pain – was hardly able to go. Scar pain from 11 Op`s did the rest. I had no quality of life anymore! After my family doctor died, I took this pain therapy with Amitripylin – neuraxpharm myself from the WWWeb. My new family doctor is open for everything and prescribed me this drug. After 3 days I found an almost painless life there. I still can not understand that I have not been prescribed this medicine at the beginning of the pain. Unfortunately, this drug also has a few side effects in the form of potency problems, poor urination, fatigue and listlessness. Since the drug stimulates food, you quickly put many kilos! I have changed with the intake of the drug my diet accordingly and have lost to date 12 pounds! When taking the throat in the short term. The medicine does not really taste good. But seriously, I am again very good for my circumstances! I like to pay the price of the side effects, but I have my life back. Now after 3 months I have increased the daily dose to 20 drops. I am very thankful that this medicine exists. Now it’s time for a blood test, as blood levels may change rapidly. I hope that everything is fine and that I can take this medication for the rest of my life. Never again do I want to be a prisoner of my body, then rather dead. I am clearly giving a yes for amitripyline – neuraxpharm !!! My quality of life today is almost normal. Friendly greetings to everyone!
